돌로미텐 레지덴츠 - 슈포르트호텔 질리안(Dolomiten Residenz - Sporthotel Sillian)

We had a very bad expreience. The place and hotel are very nice, cant say the same about the staff. 1) they charged more money that they were suppose to 2) the bartender called police on us because we were quietly playing cards at the lobby after midnight, because he asked us to go to sleep 😅😅 the police came And found out there was nothing wrong with us And left 3) the sauna is open only in the afternoon so you cant use it in the evening And i can continue like that. Our group has spent 50 000 euros, we would expect to be treated with at least some dignity. Never again.

We have just arrived home to Italy after a lovely time spent at the Dolomiten Sporthotel in Sillian. We were greeted at our arrival with a warm and friendly welcome, accompanied by a welcome drink both for us adults and my child. The hotel is very clean and our room was furnished with a modern touch. The pool area also very clean and a perfect size for a family with small children. Considerable amounts of sun beds are available. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varying from buffet to main courses with great choices also for the children, the ice cream was delicious! The staff (a special thankyou to Suzana and Mario) were attentive to our needs (in my case nut allergy) and made us feel at home, even when we requested to be moved to a quieter table after the arrival of a very loud group, our request was promptly fulfilled. The play area for children is well organised and managed by a very kind, patient and efficient trained staff. We noticed at various moments of our holiday (especially in the dining area and in the children’s play room) an embarrassing behaviour from part of the other guests and their children that were though very professionally dealt with by the staff. Our compliments to the hotel for their dedication and professional management, we will surely come back in a quieter period of the year.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s amazing! The rooms are really beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is so nice. We loved the pools, playground and beautiful view. We highly recommend the hotel.

Top class service from first contacts to final good.bye, from receptionist to waitresses/waiters and chambermaid, impeccable accommodation (suite 706), great wellness/spa area, superb buffets, easy access, dog-friendly ... we enjoyed every minute. And every word of that is true. Thank you.

Ein tolles Hotel in dem alles super ist: Der Service stets freundlich; Sonderwünsche nie ein Problem; alles akurat sauber; auf viele liebevolle Details geachtet; und obwohl Familienhotel außerhalb des Pools nie laut und aufdringlich Besonders toll ist auch die Küche: Das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt; der Nachmittagssnack ist voll ausreichend; das Abendessen bringt das Auge zum Leuchten. Sehr große Auswahl, schmeckt super und Sonderwünsche wie Fisch glasig grillen, etc waren kein Problem - trotz der Menge an Gästen. Wir kamen durch Zufall an dieses Hotel und fahren gerne wieder hin - nur zum Empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!

Wir waren im Februar dort und rundum zufrieden. Nur das Zimmer war eng und nicht zum Preisniveau passend. Das Essen immer ausgezeichnet auch die buffets waren sehr gut. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Die direkte Lage an der Gondel war toll.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questo hotel per la nostra vacanza estiva in montagna. Prima nota positiva è da attribuire alla camera in stile alpino, completamente rivestita in legno. In 3 avevamo a disposizione 2 letti matrimoniali, luci a led ovunque (anche negli armadi) e una doccia a due posti. L'hotel dispone di svariati servizi tra cui una vasta area piscina interna ed esterna con uno scivolo da parco acquatico e una spa con area massaggi. Inoltre è presente una sala giochi per adulti e adolescenti e un miniclub per bambini al di sopra dei 3 anni, aperto 6 giorni su 7 e dove è possibile lasciare i piccoli alle cure delle tate. Seppure appena al confine con l'Italia, il personale non parla un italiano fluente ma comunque ci si riesce a capire. A nostro avviso, la cucina, seppure di qualità, fa un eccessivo utilizzo della formula a buffet, considerando le 4 stelle superior. Avremmo preferito una maggior scelta alla carta che invece era riservata solo ai secondi e ai dolci e non tutte le sere. Detto questo riteniamo il soggiorno molto confortevole e consigliamo la struttura.

Siamo tornati oggi dal nostro terzo soggiorno in estate presso questa magnifica struttura. Abbiamo avuto solo conferme per quanto riguarda il livello elevato dei servizi in hotel (adeguati rispetto al prezzo pagato); in particolare le attenzioni riservate ai bambini nel miniclub da Veronika e Maria. Secondo noi c'è stato soprattutto un upgrade in cucina sotto la regia di Veronika Muller. Cibi di qualità, personale di sala sempre cordiale ed efficiente verso tutti. Ottime le colazioni e la cena sempre in chiave salutista. Abbiamo gradito molto il centro benessere aperto alle famiglie il mercoledì pomeriggio per condividere questa esperienza di relax

Siamo stati BENISSIMO. Pulito, accogliente, in una posizione strategica per le varie escursioni, adatto ai bimbi, buona cucina e gentilezza del personale. L'area wellness è rilassante e non è raggiunta dai rumori della piscina. Ma davvero tanta gentilezza.
