Booked the hotel for 4D3N with my family. First day check-in already observed dirty bed sheets, pillow case and stains on the bath towels.
- Feedback to the room service and request to change yet the manager came to my room with a very bad attitude. Yelled at us saying that he had inspected 2 days ago. And that's their standard in providing dirty bed sheets and pillow case after housekeeping done?
- 2nd day housekeeping still considered acceptable.
- 3rd day housekeeping back to unacceptable level. Cups were not change, pillow case changed but with stain marks.
- No breakfast is provided and yet it stated there is in their website in trip.com.
- I can said this is a very bad experience throughout the accommodation in the hotel and will never ever come back again. Highly not recommend. STAY AT YOUR RISK...
