Great central location on the water. Staff were super helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. The only very minor dislike was that the shower was in the bath with no curtain, and it meant having to be super careful not to put water everywhere. But a good nights sleep was had and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Lots of good food and drink places nearby. Will stay here again when back in Gdansk.

It was a really bad experience! The whole hotel smelled really bad as if you were cooking meat in every corner of the hotel. the smell came from steakhouse right next to the hotel in the same building. How bad can an extractor hood and ventilation system be?! We also had no window in our room and the air condition didn’t work so there was no air circulation. It was disgusting. Additionally the curtains for the window was broken so it was bright at night in the room. So we didn’t sleep a minute that night. One of your hotel employee she was helpful and gave us a new room after the technicians couldn’t fix the room. The other guys at the front desk didn’t even bother to ask how my stay was… To be honest, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

I wanted to stay in the center and close to the river therefore I booked this hotel. There were many nice classy restaurants close to the hotel which was important to me during my stay . The hotel is simple but clean . I was lucky to be checked in by Julia , a very nice and service oriented staff . Everybody should have a Julia in their staff. She gave my suggestions of good restaurant , foos shopping and got out of her way to many restaurant bookings for me!! Julia is the best !

The room was nice, the kitchen not useable, nothing in the cupboards to use, nothing to put the clothes in the bathroom, not reachable by car and no garage, music too loud from the bar/restaurant, sorry will take an other next time

A memorable hotel itself in addition to its location at the heart of Gdansk by the riverside. Renovated old building without loosing the comfort and tradition from the Hanseatic times. Spacious alley-ways, rooms and bathrooms, clean and all necessary facilities. Very friendly staff in reception doing their best to assist and make you feel comfortable.

Great room layout! Very clean and fresh looking rooms for a reasonable price. I wish the pool was accessible for free.

Beautifull location in old town by the river, excellent room ( lovely decor, very nice looking bathroom, ) and service at the reception desk was very helpfull. We checked out but still could leave our laguage for hours.
