더 보디 팰리스 리조트(The Bodhi Palace Resort)

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room for a peaceful night's sleep, my family and I were subjected to relentless noise from a wedding party that lasted until 3am. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the loud music continued, and we were told to "adjust" to the situation. My elderly parents and sister, who were with me, couldn't rest at all. To make matters worse, intoxicated guests were shouting and causing a disturbance outside our room. We had to check out early due to the unbearable conditions. It was a complete nightmare, and I would strongly advise against staying here if you value your peace and comfort.

Fantastic Place , yummy food. Best place for family get together Function etc. one of the biggest lawn party can be organised for marriage, reception or engagement.

The food was good and the rooms are excellent,Garden area was full of flowers which makes me feel good in the morning, the best part of the resort was location ,just besides the road ,easily transportation is available ,any mode of transportation is available anytime

The taste of food was excellent and healthy ,The ambience was good and services was superb,I recommend everyone to try atleast once ,the best restaurant in ***a ,bodh***a , The location is just nearby the main road ,it's very easy to reach there and I definitely came back next time for candel light dinner and floating breakfast.

The room is spacious. Staff is cordial & well behaved. However, certain points need to be looked into. The room should be thoroughly checked before the guest check in. Like the AC, TV and their remote, the tea amenities, the electric kettle, the disposable slippers, there should be a small note pad & pencil and if possible a small study table Restaurant - Staff is well behaved and courteous. But, the variety in the complementary breakfast should be more in number & there should be some heating arrangement at the platform/ service point. The staff should not be talking amongst themselves & should not be standing in front of the customer when they are eating. To succeed as a good hotel, you need to have more staff trained in hotel ***agement & also all the staff need to vis reputed star hotels for gaining experience.

The hotel was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful with anything we needed. The food was great - a good selection and eager to get you anything you needed. It was quiet with plenty of space by the pool. Great location in Bodh***a and easy to get to all the attractions. Sonya on reception was very helpful with anything I needed.

This is the Best Hotel & we have wonderful experience of staying here. Hotel staff , Restaurant staff is amazing good. Special mention of Mr. Hiteshbhai Sinha , Restaurant ***ager. He is the Nicest person, ***ager. He is ***aging the restaurant really well & food served in the restaurant is very hygienic.

Rooms were large, but staff not well aware of or not provided the essentials. TV was not functioning as channel subscription was not taken. Hotel works on very limited staff, so turnaround time is very long. The staff tried to help within the limited means they were provided. The restaurant was a little better. The facility is hiredvout for marriages, so there is lot of noise at night.
