We booked poolside venue in Tivoli Grand Resort & Hotel (GT Karnal Road) for our daughter’s wedding on the 21st Jan 2024 in the name of Raman Bansal. I want to give a point-wise detailed review regarding decoration, overall management & services. NEHA managed all the decorations for the event. She charged a sum of Rs. 1.75 lakh for the decoration arrangements. We went for a pre-visit on 16th January to review the decoration of the wedding of some other family in the same poolside hall. • We noticed dust on the props • The entrance carpet was thin and not placed properly. We were not satisfied with that arrangement, so we told Neha about this deficiency, but she asked her employee Mr Murari to see what we were saying. She did not spare even five minutes for us to discuss this issue. She just noted all these points in writing and promised us that these defects will be taken care of for our event on 21st Jan. On the wedding day 21st. January, we requested the DJ to be placed outside the hall which was inside on the day of the event. • NEHA planned to give us a VIP lounge with lights in the lawn area, but there was no light in the VIP lounge during the entire wedding event. • There was another wedding going on when we reached at 6:30 pm. On asking NEHA promised it was about to finish but it was not ended till 7:30 pm. • We noticed the decorations of other earlier wedding events were not changed as per our request, including the banner at the entrance with the bride & and groom's names. This was very shocking and frustrating. • We requested hashtag #VIDANUJ4EVER but it was only #FOREVER given to us. We asked NEHA to correct that which was not fully corrected by 8:15 pm and was still not as per our instruction given to her. • We requested for mattresses on the Hall stage which was not provided by 7 o'clock. On request, they started doing but they were putting torn bed sheets on mattresses. On shouting, new bed sheets were provided. Our driver helped to arrange this to get the stage ready. • NEHA cleverly made excuses for every request. She was extremely sweet making fall promises which were never fulfilled. • NEHA lacks professionalism as she never responded on time and never called back. She never feels sorry for her false promises. • VERMALA setup was very poorly decorated and many things were missing as requested earlier. 1. There were no pool candles as discussed. 2. The cloth on the steps of the stage was very dirty and shabby. This was very embarrassing. 3. VARMALA stage was agreed to be placed in front of the pool however we were given the same stage behind the pool from the previous marriage. Overall management & services: - • The size of the venue was great with the poolside and gave a grand feeling. • The entrance can be improved as it gets crowded due to the adjacent temple • The toilets at the reception were not properly cleaned and there was nobody to clean regularly as we could see pee around the floor. • Waiter service was poor an
