서밋 덴종 호텔 & 스파(Summit Denzong Hotel & Spa)

During my three-night vacation in Gangtok, I was able to enjoy the captivating city scenery and, most fortunately, ***aged to secure a decent spot to stay. The view from the room was the greatest part, even if there wasn't enough of it because it was all shrouded in fog or clouds. The hotel personnel was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. The hotel might do better with housekeeping; for example, some of the bed linens were not replaced on a regular basis. The hand towel, mat and bathroom slippers were present when requested, but they were absent.

The room service was excellent. Food they served is of good quality. The staff is quite friendly and helped us with our needs. Special mention to Shan(Sherpa), ***ita, Dipen, ***isha and Su*** Sir. Thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The rooms are quite good. Staffs are very polite allover a good stay. Foods are good..room services are quite impressive..wish to visit here again .chekin and check out was in time..................................................

We had an excellent stay. We special thanks to reception ***ager- Mr. Bimal, Tamash, ***isha, Migma, and restaurant service, house keeping they all were above excellent. We stayed 4 for 4 nights stay but feeling that we would stay few more days. All staffs have well behaviour . We came from IFFCO Bareilly ( Aonla).

beautiful staff, Anjala was amazing and so accommodating to all of our needs! There are markets near by which were really close and accessible too. Thank you so much will definitely come again and recommend!

Shan, ***isha,esmita,***ita , angeli and dipen are good person having polite services, thanks to them, Hotel also good, Main market, You are big brand, You should not charge lost Key Card Rs 354. Otherwise overall experience is good

Great stay and wonderful location. 5 min walk to Mall Road. The food was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasted breathtaking views of the cityscape. The amenities provided were top-notch, including luxurious bedding, clean surroundings The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.

Experience was very nice. Welcoming was very overwhelming with Darjeeling tea . Staff are very nice and friendly. Food quality also nice . Environment of hotel also very peaceful. Mg Marg comfort is very nice. Mentioning the staff name who are good in there service Shan Sherpa and his friend Esmita, Dipen of front office was nice.
