• Pros: Staff: The hotel staff provided excellent service. Location: The hotel is situated in an excellent location. • Cons: Cleanliness: The floor was not clean. Facilities: Multiple facilities such as the flush, intercom, and geyser were not functioning properly. Room Amenities: The TV was not working, and there was a broken toilet seat. During my recent stay at this hotel, I found several areas that need immediate attention. Starting with the basics, the cleanliness of the room was below par, especially the floor which seemed neglected. Additionally, essential facilities like the flush and geyser were malfunctioning, causing inconvenience during our stay. The intercom system also seemed to be out of order. To add to the list of disappoin**ents, the room's television was not operational, which was quite disappointing for someone looking forward to some relaxation after a long day. Furthermore, discovering a broken toilet seat in the bathroom was not only unsettling but also posed safety concerns. However, it's essential to note that despite these setbacks, the staff at the hotel was commendable. Their courteous behavior and promptness in addressing some of our concerns did make our stay a tad bit better. Furthermore, the hotel's location is undoubtedly a strong point, making it accessible to various attractions and amenities. In conclusion, while the hotel boasts an excellent location and commendable staff, there's a pressing need to improve its overall cleanliness and ensure that all facilities are in working condition to provide guests with a comfortable experience.

We stayed in this hotel with my family for two days. Only good part of this hotel is the location. It is located on MG Road. Hotel rooms are very dirty and look very old. Water supply is not regular. Not at all recommended for the family.

Don't book this property.They are not professionals. The ***ager's behaviour is rude. The room was smelling foul. There are lot of other options in MG Marg. They even charged alot for the room as saw the same room which we stayed in they were selling for Rs1500
