갤버스턴 인 & 스위트 호텔(Galveston Inn & Suites Hotel)

The service was subpar at best; the 2 front desk staff we encountered were miserable and didn’t seem like they wanted to be working here. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable (although no working hair drier in the bathroom). Comfortable bed, good TV and good shower. The description states fitness room but only a pool to be found. Dining area was out of action and only a few vending machines, I would recommend getting foods before arrival.

Room service didn’t clean the room for the whole stay I was there. Towels had to be exchanged at the front desk rather than being replenished by house keeping each day.

We didn’t stay in the hotel . They do not have a free parking anymore. We used to stayed there a lot it times. They changed the parking rules and they didn’t notify us. We had to go and find another hotel. And they didn’t credit our money back. They should notify us of that charge. We are very unhappy about this.

We booked two rooms for our recent stay before a cruise. One room was ok but the bathroom lacked cleanness. The tub constantly leaked and needed re caulking. For our other room the water only worked for the toilet. The next morning when we checked out the desk associate didn’t apologize nor offer to refund some money back due the one rooms water not working.

There were 2 cockroaches near the coffee counter. Also they are remodeling Soo can’t sleep after 7:30 am because the guys working are soo loud!

We were told we were going to be put into a newly remodeled room and if the paint smell was to strong they could move us. The 3 floor had paint buckets, ladders and construction material all in the halls. There was a very strong paint smell. The room floors were dirty and the sheets and mattress had holes in them. We were moved to another room but the condition was not great and the floors were not clean. We stayed the night but left early the next day.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was excellent for the price. We were just staying one night and we got it for $45 so I don't think we could beat that. It was under construction at the time we were there but it didn't hinder our ability to enjoy our room. The bathroom was clean the bed was comfortable.
