Of all my hotels this week this was the poorest and most disappointing . There is nothing positive I can say. Upon arrival I was given a key and taken to a room in a block 100 yards from reception. It was clean and tidy but no more than a hostel room. Breakfast was a waste of time and I couldn’t wait to leave . It may be what to expect in town but will not return for sure. Lady on reception was lovely but that didn’t really help

Good accommodation, close to the city center and car spaces next to it, but do not forgot to ask for it.

The care and quality with regards to the bed and bath linens it's amazing.I worked for 25 years in the commercial laundry business, and this hotel group simply deserve 5 Stars within that area. The front desk and house keeping staff were simply FANTASTIC. Special thanks to Miss Michela.

Very friendly and welcoming staff on our arrival and departure. The room was very small but clean and the beds were comfortable. Wouldn't rate as 4* Wifi was patchy and we had to call reception to get the code each time it disconnected as it didn't appear to be in the room. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor (could tell it was as soon as poured - very weak). A lovely touch was a little bag of dried fruit and nuts on our departure. Just what we needed for our long cycle ahead.

Friendly staff, the rooms are clean and beds comfy but a very tiny room. The wifi kept dropping off and strangely the wifi details were not in the room we had to keep going back to reception until we thought to photograph them! Breakfast was in the basement, limited choice and coffee from a flask.

We didnt stay here due to ants everywere in the bathroom. They gave us another room after some discussions but it was dirty and staff not friendly so we just left. We had to look for another place to stay and it wasent easy cus it was full everywere and cost more.

Nice hotel, well located and wonderful owner and staff. Few steps away from all restaurants. We were there on a bike trip and the owner was very helpful. This place is perfect, we recommend without hesitation.

We loved our stay in Gallipoli, at Hotel 33 Baroni. We had a bit of an issue when we checked in, they sent us to a lesser room than we booked. We went back to the front desk and they put us in our correct room (which was much better than the first one they tried to put us in!) We had two little terraces and a view of the water. They also had to be told about our ******* free benefit (bottle of wine) but it was delivered when we requested it. We loved the historic town and walked to it many times, had great dinners both in the historic town and outside it! We spent some time on the sandy beach in town as well. It was lovely watching the boats move around the area from both our room and the little restaurants/bars on the street on the circling the historic center. They reserved a parking spot right in front of their main entrance (our room was in a different building but still extremely convenient.) Breakfast was nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great three night stop on our Puglia adventure!!
