An oasis of luxury in Gallipoli! Superb accommodation and first class service from a professional team. From the welcome on arrival, and throughout our stay, we were really impressed and pleased by our experience. The staff were so attentive and the venue was everything we were looking for.

Beautifully clean hotel. The pool area is small yet very well looked after and plenty of sunbeds. The staff are all so helpful and really looked after us. Bedrooms are a really good size and immaculate.

It was a nice hotel, with a great pool. The breakfast and dinner were very good. The staff were so nice and friendly. The room was decent, but a bit boring, as very basically decorated, so nothing stood out about it at all.

I arrived after a week of a tour, for some rest, sightseeing and pool time. The hotel was perfect for all of this. The hotel is beautiful. Spotlessly clean. My room was lovely. My bed was comfortable. I slept well. I loved the pool. Went to town by taxi a few evenings to old town and new town for a look around. And could easily walk back. All of the staff and management are very hard working I can see. Very nice and very kind. The owner is a lovely lady. Anything i asked for was no problem. Thank you for a lovely break. I highly recommend.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. First and foremost the staff are absolutely fantastic, from the reception staff, to the morning buffet staff, to the maintenance /pool man, to the guy that runs the gym, to the cleaning staff, to the young man who brought me out my bottle of corona from the bar every lunch time, they are every one of them a credit to this hotel and maintained the warmest welcome and highest standards throughout our stay, all I can say to them is bravo. On our arrival this was a misunderstanding about the booking which was my own/***********s fault but the young lady at reception handled the situation superbly and had us sorted out in no time, what could have been a disaster of a start to our holidays ended up setting the tone for what were an amazing two weeks in the beautiful town of Gallipoli. The facilities of the hotel are top class, the pool area and pool itself are immaculate and a good size, they gym facilities are also very impressive and we made good use of them several times during the trip. The hotel itself is very modern and tastefully decorated and the rooms are ample and beds comfortable. The breakfast every morning is always excellent and the staff were always on hand to assist or provide me with an extra cappuccino which were always on point. This hotel has exceptional standards and represents excellent value for money. We were really impressed by everything it had to offer and would highly recommend staying here. Congrats to them on running such an excellent show. The centre of Gallipoli is roughly a 2km walk from the hotel with plenty of really nice restaurants to indulge in. We walked it almost every night but there are some decent restaurants and bars along the way if you didn't fancy the walk. In any case, if you ask at reception they will book a taxi for you. There is also a very good store called Gallilei a short walk from the hotel again with very helpful and friendly staff, have a great range of food and beer etc, and also very reasonably priced Thank you to all the staff of Victoria Palace for a wonderful two weeks, we met some lovely people, made some new friends, and will remember our time in your hotel very fondly, we hope we will return again.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area and spa. The whole family liked the stay. The only downside we found was that the location of the hotel was a little bit far away to be able to walk to nice restaurants. Especially since public transport and taxis are hard to get hold of but we could have done better research prior so that is not really the hotel’s fault.

Brilliant staff. Restaurants were very good. 5 stars for cleanliness. Also had some spa treatments which were excellent and not too expensive. Had a really good time. Very relaxing. Next time I will probably go half board. Looking forward to a visit in the future

Good service and friendly personnel

We stayed here for 12 nights. Having booked Bad & Breakfast only we upgraded to Half board for 9 of the 12 nights - and dinners were excellent in a clean, bright air conditioned dining room. The pool area is excellent and service levels at breakfast and dinner was substantially better than the restaurants we visited elsewhere in Gallipoli. The hotel employs University students in ethnic speak season and they are well trained and courteous. Taxi service to Gallipoli costs €5 per pax each way and although one or two drivers tried to charge more the hotel management sorted it for us. Highly recommended.
