Dimora Storica Briganti

We stayed for 3 nights towards the end of September. The room was lovely - double room with a connecting kitchenette so it felt spacious. Decent air conditioning which was welcome! Location is excellent although late at night it is possible to hear people in nearby streets. That didn’t bother us. Gorgeous terrace with a great jacuzzi pool which was lovely to cool off in. Breakfast was nice and generous. Some different items each day. Above all though there service was fantastic! A big thank you to Stefano who looked after us so well at breakfast. He remembered our coffee orders each day. A huge thank you to the housekeeper and Tiziana who found something we left behind and rang us immediately. We were in an awful tizzy trying to work out how to get it before we got our train but Tiziana really helped us in our stressed state and met my partner at the end of the street. We can’t thank her enough! I would highly recommend this gem of a place.

We parked in the port area and the shuttle picked us up. Gallipoli was great and we enjoyed the vibe. Our hotel was unique. The bed and linen were superb and we enjoyed great comfort and the experience of our stay in this hotel. Staff were superb and we had an amazing meal in a great restaurant nearby. Transporting us to another hotel for breakfast was probably not worth it a local coffee and croissant nearby would have been preferable.

Spent one night here after a bad experience at another hotel. We were lucky to find this place, as the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and the upstairs terrace and pool were great for an afternoon break. When we come back to Gallipoli we’ll stay here again for sure.

My sister and I stayed in this lovely historical building in Gallipoli. We felt at home immediately and it felt like we were living like locals for a few days. This area of the city is very cosy and with a the best Italian restaurants next door. The room was nice & clean, good beds and a lovely rooftop terrace with the most amazing sunset views. Gabriella was very kind and helpful and gave us the best advice to discover Gallipoli. We are definitely coming back! And are already planning our stay for next year. Everything was fine - we liked the place a lot!

Ho trascorso una piacevolissima serata bevendo cocktail di ottima fattura e piluccando vari stuzzichini. La musica al vivo ha ravvivato l'ambiente, in modo coinvolgente. La location è veramente bella: una terrazza che torreggia sulla città vecchia, arredata con gusto e gestita con ordine e professionalità dal personale.

Palazzo storico con tanti fregi e volte che richiamano a quello che era in passato! Ho usufruito della Terrazza alla sera per godere dello stupendo panorama, il tutto accompagnato da un tagliere misto e crudo mare. Consiglio di andarci al tramonto in quanto la vista è mozzafiato! Un plauso allo staff preparato e competente. Da ritornarci.
