The location of the newly refurbished hotel is perfect, very close to the main street, pier and food kiosks. Breakfast starts early at 6AM so you can make it before you leave for the many island boat tours. Digital bracelets enable front door entrance, room and safe access. Good A/C, TV and WiFi connection. There is a small fridge in the room, along with refillable water bottles that you can fill besides the pool (there is also a coffee station). Also, there are a couple of cloth backpacks, you can get some groceries from the supermarket by the pier. Byron and Marco made sure we were comfortable and also fulfilled our transport to Baltra airport.

Great location near amazing beach walk and town. Room was nice and clean, pool and central outdoor living g space very inviting with outdoor fire both nights by the pool. Breakfast food good and simple. Staff so helpful and welcoming. Good choice for family too.

Located a block off the main road, the property offers simple accommodations, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast. You are within walking distance of everything in town, including the beach. We didn’t give it a 5 because there was an issue with our sink and we didn’t get the pickup from the airport promised.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Santa Fe on October 23rd. This beautiful hotel offers incredibly warm and friendly service. During my stay, I took part in a tour organized by the hotel to Plaza Sur Islet, where we had the opportunity to see medium-sized sharks, numerous sea lions, a variety of bird species, and breathtaking landscapes. The luxury boat we traveled on added to the experience, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also proficient in English. The delicious food provided during the tour was the cherry on top. I highly recommend Hotel Santa Fe for an unforgettable experience. 5 stars!

This family-owned hotel is a gem in Puerto Ayora. It is located a walking distance from las Ninfas and on the way to Tortuga Bay, both must-go places in Puerto Ayora. My room was on the first floor next to the pool and I did not have any problem with my privacy. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was full of local fruits, juices and fresh baked pastries and breads. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owners are on top of every detail. I simply enjoyed my stay and I am sure I will return soon.

The hotel is a calming oasis hidden behind an unassuming entry. Hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. The pool and lounge area is incredibly quiet and relaxing. Everything is just as shown in the photos. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The key is a wristband that works on the door, as well as the safe - a very clever solution. Everywhere you turn, they’re giving you free things: soft drinks in minibar, baskets of snacks, water bottles, string knapsacks! We appreciated its location on a side street. It’s a short walk to virtually anyplace in town, but removed from the noisy crowds on the main streets. Would highly recommend.

I just got back from a trip to Ecuador with my family. It was a wonderful hotel with great staff/owners. We also booked a day cruise through it to Bartolome Island and that was absolutely top notch. The breakfast every morning was amazing. It is in a great location and you can walk to town in two blocks. However it was nice and quiet at night . The pool was nice to take a dip in after a hot morning at the beach/day tour. I would highly recommend. Diana

We are so happy that we stayed here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff was always friendly and went out of their way to assist! The breakfast was also delicious and the hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything! Highly recommend staying here.

Really liked this property. Beautiful courtyard. All room’s surrounding nice little pool. Really almost looks fake. It’s so nice. Secluded from street. The ladies in the morning, make the best breakfast every morning. Great options. Hot food, fruits, cheeses, juices, coffee, cold cereal, and they bring your own hot rolls out to your table. Please leave tip. Everyone was extremely friendly. Rooms are very nice and spacious with GREAT AC. Perfect distance to Charles Binford Ave.
