the hotel general location and it's room is good considering it's price..
but the most unsatisfying experience ruined by this scene on 03 may, around 5pm raining heavily, but there's is no umbrella in the room so we (2 occupants) kindly requested to borrow 2 pairs of umbrella at the front desk receptionist instead of just 1 due to heavy downpours. But was declined by the receptionist (Daisy Huang) rather impolitely and uncompassionated to the hotel guests. we think the service need to be improve to look at kind consideration to guests on such situation. we just want to have quick dinner and return it after used, what is so hard to even borrow an extra umbrella?
