제빈켈(Hotel Seewinkel)

Great location with direct access to the lake and free use of paddleboards, kayaks and rowing boat. We had originally intended to stay the 4 nights on a bed & breakfast basis but the evening meal (5 course) on the first night was so good we ate here each night!. Roman and his team were friendly, helpful and welcoming in all aspects - cant rate this hotel and the lake location highly enough but I'm embarrassed to say i forgot the names of the excellent front of house and restaurant team......

The staff are friendly and welcoming, our complete inability to speak German was no problem. Excellent food and located directly on the lake with a wide choice of free water sports equipment such as canoes, pedalos and stand up paddle boards. Definitely go for a lake view room, the views are stunning and the balcony is v peaceful to sit out at night with a beer. Nice spa in the basement.

We arrived about 2 hours before the set arrival time but this was no problem, our room was ready for us. Our room overlooked the lake with uninterrupted views. Our bathroom had a shower above the bath which worked very well. On one of hotter days the cleaners brought us a fan to use in the room. There was a large garden with shade provided by trees and umbrellas. There were a lot loungers available by the lake. There was a small jetty to swim from but the lake was still fairly cold and got deep quickly. The food at the hotel was excellent at both breakfast and dinner with lots of choice and plentiful portions. Overall the hotel is highly recommended for a holiday in Fuschl am See

We're still here and couldn't wait to share our excitement. Excellent hotel all round. We feel that we are in very good hands with our vegan lifestyle - in fact, we have rarely experienced such courtesy. Big compliments to the chef de cuisine, who surprises us with daily changing creations. We are very satisfied. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very family atmosphere, where we immediately felt very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic - very quiet, with its own beach and lawn. Perfect for people who need rest. The room is clean and cosy. I highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed in this family-run hotel many times and it always delights us. Wonderful views to the lake or mountains behind where there are lots of interesting walks ranging from easy to challenging and in between. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. Friendly and attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble under the friendly and efficient guidance of Roman Ferstl. The food is excellent and our dietary requirements were no problem. Dining on the terrace when possible is an extra attraction. Always a sun lounger available in the pleasant private gardens by the lake where you can use the rowing, paddle boarding etc facilities free of charge. Sauna and stream room an excellent facility after a day’s walking Short stroll into the village. We shall definitely be returning. Michael & Frances Bowerman

This charming family run hotel is one of a kind. The setting is beautiful with a private beach and surrounded by majestic mountains. Rooms are clean and quiet. Food is delicious; especially the morning breakfast buffet has all local produce one could dream of. Adventure awaits on free e-bikes, kajaks and sailing trips just outside the door. There are great running and walking trails along the lake. The family that own and run the hotel gladly helps with the smallest of queries and make you feel very welcome. We are coming back!

Tolle Unterkunft, tolles Essen - einfach volle Zufriedenheit! Personal sehr bemüht. Chef Herr Ferstl immer um seine Gäste bemüht! Hotel direkt am Strand. Sehr sauber! Golfplätze vom Chef ausgesucht und alle Buchungen exakt vorgenommen! Für Golfliebhaber eine 100 %ige Weiterempfehlung! Aber auch für Nichtgolfer!

Wir sind schon das dritte Jahr in Folge im Hotel Seewinkel, weil es uns gleich beim ersten Mal verzaubert hat. Der Koch ist ein Virtuose, das Servicepersonal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die besten Weine aus ganz Österreich stehen auf der Karte, und zur Begrüßung gibt es gleich ein Glaserl Sekt. Das Hotel Seewinkel hat den Vorteil eines direkten Seezugangs, selten zu finden in Fuschl. Außerdem gibt es Boote, Tretboote, Kajaks und Stand Up Paddle Boards inklusive, um den See zu erkunden. Nächstes Jahr wieder!
