아야 바트 자로브(Aja Bad Saarow)

I stayed at this hotel due to work commitments in the area. The reservation was made for me… I had a busy week leading up to my arrival. We arrived at about 2245 after arriving at Berlin airport. When we arrived we were told the restaurant closed at 2100 and that there was no where open. We tried to find somewhere to get some food or have food delivered. There is nowhere close by. Dinner consisted of a bottle of water and packet of nuts as there was little else in the shop. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks especially to Martin on the reception desk. The rooms were ok. There were no coffee or tea facilities and no kettle / fridge. Breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would warn anyone travelling here to arrive very early, bring a picnic or eat before you arrive. The esplanade round the corner had room service and would have been a better choice.

This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

We visited since we were passing by and it was not the first time; we asked to the short hair lady to make us 2 drinks that we were able to get the previous evening; this lady told us in an angry voce that she cannot book us anything outside of the menu when all the ingredients were literally in front of our eyes. Having experience in service throughout the years it was really disappointing to be replied back with anger, never visiting again Shoutout to the blonde tall guy tho!

Lovely Spa and wellness, food variation at the buffet isn't great, staff are polite and helpful.

Pro‘s Clean Quiet and remote, good location Enough towels are provided Food is good for buffet food Service staff is friendly We rented some bikes for a fair price in a very good condition Con‘s The WiFi either doesn’t work or is very slow. Wifi is even too bad to watch Netflix & Co. The bathroom is all made of glass. You can get privacy with pulling a curtain, but it’s certainly not very sound-proof. However there is also no Smart TV in the room to just watch Netflix & Co. directly there. The TV doesn’t even have HD channels. So the entertainment possibilities in the room are really limited, let alone talking for people who might have to take business calls. The 2 pools (one indoor, one outdoor) are way too cold. They are sold in at 28 and 31 degrees, but they were certainly much colder than that. The saunas open at 2pm - in a „Wellnesshotel“?! Also the Sauna area is very poor. There is one Finnish, one saunarium and the Steam Sauna was closed due to construction. There is 3 shifts of times for breakfast and dinner. We recommend to book upfront as otherwise the most popular times are booked.

We stayed in the aja Hotel for my boyfriend´s birthday and we were both really happy! The staff was very caring and friendly, the beach and the swimming pools are really nice, the food was good and we also enjoyed an amazing jazz concert in the evening! Everything was perfect, we spent an unforgettable weekend! We will be back with great pleasure! Thanks!
