I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. They truly made us feel like valued guests and their genuine hospitality was greatly appreciated. Another great aspect of the Imperial Hotel is its convenient location. Being within walking distance of the beach is a huge plus for those who enjoy spending time by the ocean. It's wonderful to have the opportunity to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without having to travel far. The proximity to the beach adds an extra level of relaxation and enjoyment to the overall experience at the hotel. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience . The combination of a delicious breakfast, excellent service, and clean accommodations made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Weekend away at our favourite hotel, everything there for an enjoyable relaxing break. Lovely room with a sea view and balcony. Fresh milk provided in the room is always most welcome. Grant and the staff are all so friendly and made us feel most welcome. We dined both nights in the restaurant and couldn't fault it, the food was excellent.

This was the 4th time we have stayed here. Nice rooms, great seafront location, superb food, menu, and wine list, plus genuinely excellent staff who really care about their guests, when necessary going that extra mile. We are now looking forward to our next stay at this hotel.

Our third weekend stay this year - and another booked for later in the year. As always, excellent, clean well equipped room; fabulous food with menus that change every time we come and offer new surprises (the quail scotch egg wrapped in confit duck for example - try it); but most of all the wonderful staff, who are so customer focussed. Very pleased to read that other recent guests also think The Imperial is a 5 star experience. Thanks Grant, Jill, Danny, Paula, the lovely reception ladies and all the other staff. We always feel so welcome and spoiled.

We always stay here when visiting family in the area. We were last here approximately 3 years ago, it is looking somewhat dated and could do with a makeover , saying that our room on the first floor was adequate and clean if not a little small but you don’t stay in your room all day. Great lighting, plenty of mirrors and sockets, and very impressed with the number of bathroom towels provided. Each room has a hairdryer , tea and coffee facilities etc. The bed was comfy , the pillows were not. On our second night I swapped them for the spares in the wardrobe, much softer and a better night’s was had, There is free onsite parking , it is first come first served , but there is a huge public pay and display option opposite. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the town centre. Every member of staff , with one exception were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for their guests. One young girl even looked up a cocktail recipe online to help serve a bar guest the drink of their choice. We booked a table for evening dinner on our first night. Very impressed with the quality of the food served. Amazing king prawn cocktail and the sea trout with Cromer crab was delicious. The breakfast choice served in the same area is really good, always look forward to that because of the variety. Plenty of dogs also seemed to be enjoying their holidays here too. All in all a good place to stay , just needs a bit of a refresh.

Took a work colleague and 2 service users for afternoon tea here as I knew it would be good.. They absolutely loved it and my work colleague couldn’t praise my choice of a place to eat lunch enough she was really impressed.. Both service enjoyed their cream tea. They both had traditional and I had gluten free and my work colleague had a vegan option with unlimited tea and coffee.

Made to feel comfortable from moment we booked in. Staff are a credit to the management always polite and helpful. Room clean and good amenities. Ideal area short walk from Britannia pier. Will definitely stay at The Imperial Hotel on our next visit to Great Yarmouth. Mike

Lovey hotel. The staff were excellent,as was the food. I stayed with 90 year old Mother, who is a very fussy eater and has a very small appetite. They were happy to prepare small portions and changes to the dishes. Nothing was too much trouble. If I come to Great Yarmouth again I would definitely stay here.

This was the second year with the Imperial Hotel. I must say that the warm welcome, great staff, clean and well run. I was well looked after, nothing to much trouble. The food was fantastic and good value for money. I would recommend this Hotel to all my friends.
