Actually I booked it due to Hilton name, but it is really not good enough, very small room and the bed it very loosely. The most hate is the Wi-Fi, never log in. I hope it will be improved.

always my first choice if I needed to stay in Texas, no matter in Katy nor Dallas, this will be my first choice .good breakfast too

還行吧，水是免費的，小吃要收錢，都在酒店大堂裏。房間裏面沒啥設施，什麼都要自己帶着。不過也就是個便捷酒店而已，也沒啥好期望的。

房間乾淨，風格簡約

We had a really great stay! It was clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Good variety of breakfast items-not fancy but tasty. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

I prepaid my stay at this hotel and when I did my check in I was charged again $119.00 even when I told the lady that my stay was already paid for, she couldn't fix her mistake, I still doesn't receive my money back

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to Stonebriar Mall. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. They have a good breakfast. Our room looked fairly new and the beds were very comfortable.

There was an incredibly loud bang at 6:20 am. Could use a boost to the hot water heater for those of us that take morning showers.

We picked the Tru at Frisco as we wee attending the World of Barbie experience which was just across the street in the Stonebriar Mall. The hotel was easy to access, quiet and well maintained. Our room was on the large side with a comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was a small fridge in the room for leftovers and a microwave in the lobby. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay there.

The hotel was very convenient to everything. It was easy to get out off the parking lot and to a light to get to sh121. It was very quiet also even though there was the mall and the Wild Pitch Bar next door.

Excellent hotel in the Frisco area near Stonebriar Mall. Very pleased with the facilities and the staff.

They didn’t have room available even though ******* charged my credit card and send me confirmation.
