Beautifully furnished and fully equipped. Private walled garden. Located in the hamlet of La Molineta near the white village of Frigiliana. A beautiful house decorated with hand made tiles and original artwork. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor is a lovely rustic kitchen with breakfast bar, a twin bedroom and bathroom. Leading from the kitchen is the lounge with wood burning stove, views to the sea and wooden floor. Joined to the lounge through an arch is the dining room with French doors opening to the dining terrace with built in BBQ and the sun terrace with private pool (6m.x4m.) Cleaning we have been using the same local team of cleaners for more almost 30 years with consistently superb results. The house is cleaned thoroughly for each new arrival and then weekly if you stay longer. All towels, beach towels and linens sent out to a professional laundry where they are washed at high temperatures and with products that kill 100% of germs and bacteria. All linen is changed for each stay and then weekly. All floors and surfaces are sanitised with bleach at least once a week.
