The Federal Boutique Hotel

Room were clean but if you want to sleep then no. The walls are paper thin, and when you walk in there is ear plugs on the bed side tables. Showers are ok but the water has to run for about 5 minutes to get any sort of hot water. We had been out and went back to listen to the DJ and have a couple of drinks. Security let us in and spike to us know worries. The young guy at the bar asked how many we had had and wouldn’t serve us. The young girl walking down the side if the bar had the wall holding her up and walked up and the same guy served her. This isn’t the first time we have heard this. Overall Crap bar service out the back

We booked the Fedral boutique hotel for our hens night! The three of us shared one room. The room was Large, The bathroom is clean, and the Aircon and fan was a lifesaver. We stayed on a Saturday night so it was loud, but the accommodation provided foam earplugs. The staff were really lovely! Be aware there aren’t any lifts -so you will be climbing stairs with your luggage.

This place sucks. If I could give it 0 out of 5 I would but I have to give it at least one. It doesn’t deserve one. I will never be going back here. There was one nice bar staff (the kiwi guy) all the rest were rude and made us feel like we should be honoured to be in the venue….

This place is stunning and so beautiful. Drinks and food are well priced. Vegetables are a selection, not just chips and slaw, that seem to be a WA thing? We visited mid week, the schnitzel mushrooms gravy and vegetables for a travel weary were delicious 😋

The location of this hotel is great and the bed was comfortable but the noise was absolutely unbearable. I stayed in the “apartment” room which has windows facing the bar. The music was very loud until closing (around 1am) which was to be expected but what made things worse was the amount of noise the staff made while cleaning up and closing up afterwards - it went on until 4am!!!! I got hardly any sleep. Won’t be staying here ever again

The location is superb, the room is large. All the rest was a disaster. The room was dusty and smelled bad. There was a carton shoe box in the closet. Curtain rods were falling apart. There were stains on the walls, bulging sharp screws in the bathroom, rusty metal everywhere. The door creaked all night, WiFi didn't work and (drums) there was NO HOT WATER l in the bathroom!!! There was nobody to speak to at the lobby after 23:00...This never happened to me in a hotel and I am traveling a lot. Wow, what a nightmare.
