Employees were all exceptional and nice. Property is very clean. Management is very helpful and went beyond to accommodate us.

We had a pleasant stay! The reception staff are courteous and professional and the others are also very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows with very good cooling system in the room and all throughout the hotel and I loved the shower, the water feels so good to the skin. The breakfast was superb! The deluxe sea view rooms offer a wonderful view of the sea. I will highly recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Freetown

Spacious rooms with ocean view and very clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities always replaced. Wonderful outdoor sitting area to have a breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is exceptional !!

Absolutely supersedes all others in customer service - The best by a hundred clear miles. From arrival, to booking in, to being shown to your room, the customer care is on point. The restaurant also hits the mark in delivering the same service. The front desk receptionist was polite, efficient and professional. This is judged purely against the standards of other hotels we have used during our stay in Sierra Leone. I really cannot fault the customer care. Hopefully the management continues to make emphasis on these qualities and continues to improve, as consistency is key. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Spend the weekend with friends from March 24-27, the food was good, nice ocean view from rooms and dinner, club for dancing dancing. The staff were professional. We will be coming back again when we visit Freetown.

Incredible experience! The entire staff was amazing! We had a family of close to twenty people there for the Chris**as holidays and everything was wonderful, from the hotel staff to the restaurant staff. I will always go back to Mamba Point and would recommend it to anyone going to SL!

We spent three days here, and we absolutely loved it. From the aircon, fluffy towels and breakfast croissants, to the lovely view and amazing friendly staff. We asked for help with a few things, and they immediately made them happen. Down to creating a quick to-go breakfast for the road. We highly recommend Mamba Point Hotel in Freetown.
