The Manager’s customer service was terrible - during check - in at hotel, I requested for a sea view room, receptionist nicely informed me that rooms will be available by the 2nd day but I need to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, when I spoke with the manager he said because I booked with ******* it won’t be possible. I told him that I am only requesting for a sea view and if it needs any additional payment as upgrade then I can pay. He walked away without responding which I think was rude. As manager I was expecting much from him in terms of customer service.

Property was not well kept, I had to move to three different rooms before I settled to the third room. Stayed at this property for 9 days and half of those days, elevator was not working. I was on the 4th floor with bad knees so you can imagine. The shower and sink water was dirty (red coloration and taste like acid). Bathroom and room smells terribly. Staffs at the front desk and restaurant were very nice and accommodating but the facility service and cleanliness is poor.

Lost power many time, we were stuck in the elevator because of it. Otherwise a good stay

Location was perfect for us because it was near the beach and we even did our morning walks on the beach nearby. We had great time by the swimming pool Restaurant Room was clean and service was good. View from the room was nice.

I always travel to freetown but one of my friend recommended me to try and it completely perfect as my expectations, No complain, Great Breakfast and staff was welcoming , It was heavy rain so I didn't visit the beach but the view was beautiful from room and restaurant.

The hospitality was very great. The receptionists were very professional and accommodating. They were so caring ensures that you are fine. The kitchen guys were so friendly and i live the cheese pizza. The cleaners were polite and trustworthy. This is one of the best receptions I have ever hard in Sierra Leone. I encouraged tourists a d businesses to stay at Sierra Palms Resort for confort and you are ensured of having value for money.

Beautiful beach with Good facility on center of beach . Comparing to nearby hotels We found sierra palms is one of the best hotel . We stayed in freetown for 15 days but we only spend two night and it was great , best hot water In the room , toilet amenities are international standard . Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms with seaview are best but the street is busy for hole night .

Sierra Palms Resort, just remember this name for the best hotel in Sierraleone Freetown. I have stay for a few days at this hotel. Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts were amazing. I had great experience at swimming pool restaurant food was amazing staff we’re great. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Sierraleone Freetown . Will be back to this place soon..!!!

Hotel need to upgrade and spend some money in training staff. no professional chef, no hygiene, no HACCAP policy applied . No Gym and pool was full of Dirty water. once a week pool is cleaned hence rest of the days the water is not hygienic to swim. ordered room service club sandwich and sandwich came with fly in it. poolside restaurant one can see cockroaches roaming around and is in the room. My room bed had bed bugs and in the night i saw a mouse running around.
