래디슨 프리홀드(Radisson Hotel Freehold)

The cleaning staff is amazing. This hotel is spotless!! Other than one person at the desk who was extremely lazy & made his own rules such as couldn’t pay cash for a soda and claimed hotel was out of coffee in the morning due to out of stock (which was a lie) the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful. The restaurant staff and chef was on point as well. Stay there on business and will be back again.

Needed two rooms for a one night stay. Overall very clean and comfortable. The room doors tend to SLAM shut which was very disruptive to sleeping. Perhaps hinge adjustments are required.

We were woken up to housekeeping coming into our room at 8:30 in the morning. Check out is not until 11. Did not knock on door either. Unacceptabe!!

Front of the house staff should be more attentive/ responsive and alert to their surroundings. Coffee in the lobby was out or cold every morning. Front desk staff just sitting there doing nothing. Bar and bartender was horrible. The bar itself is in a terrible location. The bartender was personally made aware of a big party coming in the next day the before and when everyone arrived she was working alone and had the lights off. She was Not friendly or prepared. We had guests traveling from afar who wanted to enjoy the bar area for a couple of drinks but instead the bartender acted like we were an inconvenience! The hotel lost a lot of money that night.

Best night sleep! Room clean, bed comfortable, shower perfect, always ready with hot water. I had issue with lost luggage to be delivered to hotel (over Christmas weekend)...Front Desk staff very sympathetic (provided box of tissue for my meltdown) and helpful.

The room had a nice layout to it and the bed was quite comfortable. Upon arrival, the check in was quick and easy and we arrived at the room to find it spotless. Overall, a very good hotel experience.

I had my work Christmas party there last Saturday, and we had a blast. Food was delicious, service was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Girl who worked breakfast Sunday AM was wonderful. Only complaint was i couldn't get a mimosa with breakfast, lol! It was a wonderful time and a great property. Thanks from a guest of Preferred!

I was on the first floor by an elevator with people in the lobby, laughing and drinking all night long and the music blasting

No restaurant service. The hotel didn’t indicate that the restaurant would be completely closed on Thanksgiving Day. If I knew that I would not have stayed at the hotel. It’s a hotel, so the restaurant should have hired a staff that would keep the restaurant open.
