We love this place. It's perfect for the kids, and for what it is also very nice for adults. Rooms are OK. The hotel is not new, but clean and tidy. To issues: During the week, the reception bar is closed, and the restaurant is only open in the evenings. The only lunch option is the barmenu inside the water park. To get there you must go downstairs, through the dressing rooms/shower and up the stairs, and then you can order, and pick up your food at the bar. What is a bit weird is that the kitchen is the same as for the breakfast hall, and you can easily arrange a pickup point outside the water park there. We kindly asked in the reception if they could order for us so we could pick up outside there, or if it was possible to have someone bring our food to our table in the reception bar? No - you must go inside and order, and carry it through the dressing room /showers etc yourself was the first answer. I found this to be very strange and asked a second person in the reception. She took my point, and after some discussions with her colleagues they managed to fix it. I simple dont understand why the can make a system with a pick up point, they already have "beepers" for the food inside the waterpark, and it should be very easy to put some of these in the reception so you could order from there, or they could set up a terminal like any fast food restaurant have these days, and you could provide your cell number for the pick up message. No stress, and so much more convenient for everyone. Just a suggestion... P.S. And as a teadrinker I always find small coffecups to be very annoying when there is no teapots available for breakfast. They eventually found one, and I spent one teabag for 4 cups of tea. A bit more enviromentalfriendly, and better business for them I guess ... D.S.
