I think this hotel is now called ”Chateau Fredericton” (new management). It was clean and modern looking - pretty standard chain hotel look. The waterslide was really fun for our kid. When we booked this hotel (under Hampton Inn & Suites), the checkout time was 12:00. It has been changed to 11:00 under new managment... but they didn't mention that to us at check in. Had to rush through pool time after breakfast in the AM in order to check out on time. The breakfast was pretty basic...and a little disappointing, to be honest. If you stay here, maybe plan on going out for breakfast.

Traveling from Philadelphia, look at the 40 hotel close to the highway. This location was ideal. The staff were exceptional, I appreciated finding a location, that was reasonably priced, clean and safe.

This is a very dated hotel the carpets in the hallways are stained it’s very damp smelling We booked online and found that they put you on the second floor which isn’t good if you have a disability. I’d give it more stars because the staff were great the breakfast was the best that we’ve had on our trip. I wish that we had known that we had such a small bed because it was difficult for both of us. The fan in the bathroom is very loud and so is the air conditioner. Stains on office chair 😳
