프랑크푸르트 비즈니스 호텔

프랑크푸르트 중앙역 주변 치안이 안좋다고해서 조금 걱정했는데 후문으로 나와서 횡단보도만 건너면 호텔이 있기때문에 문제될 것 없었습니다. 가격대비 만족하고 개인적으로 프랑크푸르트에 오면 이용할만한 곳이라고 생각합니다.

중앙역에서 쉽게 갈 수 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 근처의 치안이 좋지 않음에도 역에서 바로 갈 수 있다보니 숙소를 선택할 때 중요한 역할을 했고 이 부분은 매우 실용적이었습니다. 두 명이서 캐리어를 펼치기엔 조금 좁은 듯 하였으나 크게 문제될 정도는 아니었고, 전체적으로 청결도는 우수하며 직원들은 친절합니다.

1박당 지불한 가격(100AUD)에 대해 이 호텔은 훌륭했습니다. 방은 적당한 크기이며 완벽하게 깨끗했습니다. 침대는 편안했고 창문을 열고 신선한 공기를 즐길 수있어서 좋았습니다. 나는 TV에서 많은 영국 채널을 보았는데 놀랐다.이 호텔이 독일에 있음에도 불구하고이 영어 채널을 제공하는 것이 최고 여관의 멋진 제스처입니다. 위치는 조용하고 좋으며 근처에 쇼핑 센터가 있으며 트램은 프랑크푸르트 HBF와 연결되어 있으며이 지역을 여행 할 수 있습니다. 이것은이 호텔을 프랑크푸르트에 머무르는 목적이었고 이웃 도시와 도시로의 여행 기지로 HBF와 가깝습니다. 이것은 조용히 작동했습니다. 어두워 진 후 HBF에 매달리지 않도록하십시오. 개선을위한 영역 : 30 시간의 여행 후 나는 처음에 오전 9시에 조기 체크인을 거부했습니다. 체크인이 3에 있기 때문에 이것은 불합리하지 않았지만 체크인 정책에 대한 최고 여관의 약간의 유연성은 감사 할 것입니다. 예약 과정에서 조기 체크인에 추가 비용을 지불하게되어 기뻤을 것입니다. 일찍 체크인 할 수 있도록 프론트 데스크 팀에 감사드립니다.

매우 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있으며 장비는 완벽한 작동 상태를 유지하고 있습니다. 위치도 매우 좋습니다👍방이 매우 조용합니다. 조식이 제공되나, 추가 결제가 필요하며, 신용카드로만 결제 가능합니다.

규모가 상대적으로 작은 편이고, 프런트에 한 명만 있을 때도 있고, 많아야 두 명일 때도 있기 때문에 동시에 여러 명이 체크인할 경우 시간이 오래 걸릴 수 있습니다. 문 앞에는 많은 상점이 있고 그 옆에는 대형 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.

Frankly (haha), this Marriott has me sold on all Marriotts. They let us check in early and gave us a complimentary upgrade. I thought that maybe it would be a bigger room or a higher floor, but it wasn’t JUST that - we basically ate for free during our stay in the city. The breakfast spread is to die for (a full honeycomb and carafes of apfelwein were highlights for me) and the club was accessible 24/7, so we could just pop in to grab coffee or water bottles (in sustainable cardboard packaging, actually) to go. The evening happy hour is the happiest of hours: basically a full dinner buffet that changes from one day to the next. Seriously, instead of going out on the town, my brother and I just sat in front of the fireplace in the lounge, drinking regional beers, wines, and mimosas (alongside a delectable sticky bread pudding with vanilla bean sauce). Seriously, I could go on about this place. Friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, full range of quality toiletries - much better than what I’m used to in large European cities. I will stay here every time I return to Frankfurt.

주로 FRA 공항근처 호텔에 머물다가, 인접 국가로 이동하였는데, 이번에는 예약이 여의치 않아서, 우연히 시내 위치한 호텔을 잡았는데, 결과적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 입지 및 접근성 최고수준이었고, 24시간 커피 및 식수 이용가능하였습니다. 다음 번에도 기회가 되면 재예약 의향 있습니다.

모든 것이 좋았고, 친절한 직원과 매우 편안한 침대였습니다. 스파 지역은 12 층에 아름답고 호텔과 도시 주변을 둘러 볼 수 있습니다. 그것은 매우 좋고 평화 롭고 도시에서 멀지 않았습니다.

This was not the first stay at the Hilton in Frankfurt; we stayed back in 2013 for the Christmas Markets and decided to stay again in 2022. The hotel is an ideal location and only a short ten-minute walk to the markets in Frankfurt during Christmas. We opted for a King Executive Room with Executive Lounge access. A small selection of beers, wines and spirits was available in the evening in the lounge, with light snacks if you wanted something to eat. The lounge is not self-service like our previous visit, but the staff were excellent, and we didn't have to wait long to get drinks. Check-in was quick, but once again, no upgrade was offered as a Hilton Honours Gold Member, but breakfast was complimentary due to Gold status. The room was clean and comfortable, not exceptionally spacious, but we didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Another enjoyable stay, and we would recommend the hotel for a stay, particularly at Christmas.

Ich bin regelmäßig Gast in diesem Hotel und in Summe ist es okay! Meistens klappt es mit dem Service, am ceck-in sind sie hilfsbereit, aber ich habe immer das Gefühl es dauert alles sehr lange und wenn Fragen ausser der Reihe auftreten dann sind sie überfordert! Ich reise geschäftlich fast jede Woche nach Frankfurt und wir haben, wie vermutlich viele Firmen, ein Reiseportal über das die Hotels gebucht werden! Ich bin IHG Member und bisher wurde jede Übernachtung auch gutgeschrieben. Das hat sich seit dem letzten Aufenthalt geändert. Begründung ist nun, die Reiseagentur bucht über Expedia und damit kann die Übernachtung nicht meiner Mitgliedschaft gutgeschrieben werden, da das Hotel damit keinen Umsatz macht! Das ist die IHG Policy! Da das Gesamterlebnis durchschnittlich ist, die Preise auch nicht dem Service entsprechen und jetzt nicht mal mehr der Status der IHG Mitgliedschaft zählt werde ich das Hotel wohl in Zukunft meiden! Sehr schade was internationale Vorgaben so anrichten und Kunden vertreiben.
