리조트 미라몬티(Resort Miramonti)

Such a lovely resort, it’s 4 star for some reason. But extremely high end and worth the money. The price was quite competitive with neighboring hotels. But superior. The staff are amazing. I called them from the train station when I was struggling to get a taxi. And they arranged it for me in no time. They showed me my two room options. And gave us fantastic recommendations.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel its self has been recently refurbished and has been done with amazing taste. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice and quiet , you can order wine etc to your lounger or sofa area. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip exactly how we wanted it. Special mention to Leonardo who is very welcoming and sweet as soon as you walk in. I would recommend using their free bikes to ride into the center which is only around 6 minutes on the bike. Ignore any negative comments , this hotel is a great choice. I would highly recommend.

This is the hotel to stay in if you want to relax. The pool is absolutely gorgeous - lots of incredibly comfortable loungers to lie on & the heated temperature is just perfect. The room was very nice - a bit on the small side, but we managed. Breakfast was adequate, we ate in the restaurant once at lunchtime which was very nice but would have preferred a ‘lighter lunch’ option. The bike hire is free & is a great way to visit different restaurants in the evening & visit the nearby thriving town. A wonderful relaxing break of sunbathing, eating & cycling whilst enjoying the odd Aperol Spritz.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience, I will try to be as objective and reasonable as possible, Unfortunately for the price they charge it’s just not good. We paid more then €550 per room for 3 nights and 2 rooms. Before going there I spoke to Leonardo on whatsapp who was very helpful and responsive with booking the restaurants and transfer ( they charged me €300 for a return trip of 30 minutes to the airport which is just ridiculous) but unfortunately all taxi’s are expensive in this area as there is not much competition. When we arrived in our room it was really one big disappoin**ent, I didn’t book the standard room but one above, But it was soso small and the worst part: very dirty. When looking at the bathroom I found the bathroom was very dirty with still ( I’m sorry for this) feces in the toilet, I immediately told them and they said they were going to clean it straight away, After I came back and looked again it was still dirty and just disgusting, I had to make a picture to show them what to clean. It was such a bad start, I really hate it when my hotel room is just dirty, Also black hairs everywhere ( on the bed) we are blonde, Dead flies lying on the floor, Dirty towels and toothpaste spots of previous guests on the wall. Just overall the room was very unhygienic and just disgusting. I just can’t get over the fact the cleaner when making the room ready didn’t see this and after complaining it was still dirty, This just lacks effort and professionalism. The pool area is very nice only the food is just horrible, We ordered food twice ( also quite expensive) and it was just horrible and tasteless, Really don’t order anything. Also the breakfast is very bad and lacks so many things, And overall the staff is very unfriendly. Good thing was that we had bikes to use, We booked bagno Alcione in advance through the hotel ( they told us they had a special deal with them) again one big disappoin**ent, When arriving no one knew about us coming and we were put in the back farest away from the sea, Literally the worst place available, We asked them about it and they told us these were the spots for resort Miramonti, So if you book through the hotel, Be aware you get horrible seats. Rather just book straight with a nice beachclub. I complained about it and they told me: you didn’t ask where the seats were, well no but I also didn’t expected them to be the worst ones available for €120 per day. We had to stay for another night in a nearby 3 star hotel as our flight got canceled and we enjoyed that one so much more, So much more friendliness, after we heard our flight got canceled I asked Miramonti what the price would be for another night as we were desperate and they couldn’t care less, And told us €1000 for 1 night extra, So we decided we didn’t want to waste any more money to these people. I never write reviews, but this stay at Miramonti deserved gratitude as the staff were very friendly and accommodated every need we had. I thought the location would be an issue but it was not.

the hotel is run by a bunch of amateurs . rooms are extremely small, shower does not have a place to put your soap or shampoo on. we were told to put them on the floor. accounting very crude, when we asked for itemized statement they gave us bunch of hand written notes in Italian. Breakfast very boring. concierge non existence.

Fantastic place! everything is renewed! inside and outside refined, splendid swimmingpool. Everything superclean and the service super efficent. Last but not least: Restaurant! They know what "italian cuisine means"

We stayed at the Resort Miramonti for a week (just after the peak season ended) and we had a lovely and relaxing time. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. A particular mention/shoutout to Gabrielle for being so helpful and going above and beyond, nothing was too much to ask. He gave us lots of advice during our stay (even wrote a personal list of local restaurants that he recommended, good man!). In terms of the hotel / rooms, they were very clean and well organised (we had a double room with balcony), we were very happy with our room. The rooms are cleaned twice a day which was new for me, never heard of this before but it was great. The sky tv in the rooms is also a really nice touch (all channels can be switched to English, good for us!). Breakfast and evening dinner (restaurant) was also good and absolutely above satisfactory. The breakfast service was well organised and they were always happy to make you something personalised to you. The restaurant had really quality food. Fresh local ingredients. Ok, the restaurant menu was not extensive, it is quite limited but I think the quality of each of the available options was to a high standard. Overall, I would definitely recommend a stay at the Resort Miramonti. Really nice place, lovely area (Forte dei Marmi), relaxing, perfect for a couple getaway but also a family stay. Parking was also a good setup with plenty of spaces, also shade covered spaces for during summer. Thanks a lot for giving us a lovely week guys, we will be returning!
