酒店外觀感覺都很好，進內也有摩登感覺。 服務也是很親切有禮 最大問題是房間，房內的牆身很粗糙，洗手間、浴室洗澡位的用料非常差，一點也不優雅富麗堂皇。 價錢一晚是$4000港元，這個價格有這樣的裝潢真不能接受。

Room may have been small for price we paid, but this was on my bucket list. We only had one beach day. Weather was overcast. But despite that, it was fabulous. Rooms were modern and spotless. Service was impeccable. I can’t say anything bad. Location was great. Concierge was was fabulous, especially Lorenzo. All his recommendations were great. One thing he highly recommended was to go to the Carrera Marble Quarry . It was amazing!!! This is a place that is perfect for young kids to elderly. Everything was in walking distance and the house car was always made available. I have been to Villa D’Este, Splendido in Portofino, Le Siereneuse in Positino. This was my favorite. So much to do even on an overcast day. Great shopping in town. *****tore down the street as well as a great hair salon and great gelato 5 minutes. Thank you for a great trip. It was our furst time out of US since covid!!!

We had actually booked for 2 nights but we stayed 4 ! We had an upgrade and all rooms are spacious and very modern, big bathroom. Extremely friendly staff attentive and obviously eager to make us stay longer … which succeeded! Excellent 1* Chef at the roof top restaurant. Nice beach club which was still opened

The best hotel we’ve been. Modern and stylish decorated. Best facility spa, pool, beach club. Luxury setting. Breakfast is included with great menu. Rooftop bar has fantastic sunset view. The room is spacious. The best is the staffs who r super helpful and nice. Especially thanks to Lisa who upgraded our room and arranged the shuttle bus for us to visit nice towns and lots of good recommendations of restaurants and things to do. Will definitely come back. Hotel is great, staff friendly but they decided to organise corporate parties with live band on their roof top, try to sleep with a (bad) Italian boys band above your head. Complaining does not help. At this price level of 4000euro per night they should choose between running a hotel or a corporate party venue.

Upon arrival to the hotel you can see from the impeccable lobby and well mannered staff that you have entered a five star oasis. Hidden amongst the villas and trees is the loveliest retreat . The room was a bit small and the glass bathroom was a little funky at first but we quickly adapted to the calm and luxurious atmosphere. We were lucky to have our room ready for us when we arrived after a 3 hour drive from Milan . They had our itinerary of our reservations printed for us as well . We quickly unpacked as best we could manage changed and hopped onto the hotel bikes and headed around the corner to the the Dalmazia beach club (part of the hotel ). We may have stayed in the ocean for 2 hours..cooking off and washing the travel off of us . Francisco and Antonio (brothers and identical twins ) couldn't do enough for us ! We napped and went back to the hotel for our dinner in the hotel in the Michelin star Lux Lucis. That is an experience you definitely don't want to miss... We spent the next week riding to the beach and dinner ..even relaxing by the pool . It's 5 star service from the most delicious breakfast in the morning to the cocktails by the beach . The hotel accommodated our every need impeccably . When we left to Sardinia I was sad and wished I had stayed for 2 weeks ! I plan on going back next year !!

I cannot imagine any bad reviews written for this establishment. Every single staff member was absolutely incredibly hospitable and kind. The property is by far the nicest property in the area. A very well ran hotel from top to bottom. Every individual who works at this hotel is a true professional. We will definitely be back and we had a very memorable time. Thank you so much.
