Amanda was excellent on the front desk. Welcoming. Humour- as I really needed that after a tough drive.

Due to a winter storm, we found ourselves needing a place to stay overnight. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room, which was cluttered with luggage and clothing. When we eventually received the correct room, it was far from clean, with the surprising discovery of a spider web in the tub. Although our stay was a matter of circumstance, we are certain not to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was fine, with all areas clean and functional. The only two minor complaints I have are 1) The hotel location is not great, being located at the end of a dead end street in what appears to be a residential neighbourhood. 2) We had to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to check us in because they had stepped away from the front desk when we arrived. Again, it’s a pretty standard place with nothing significantly positive or negative.

The stay included also a great and healthy breakfast. The coffee tastes perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was fast and easy and the staff was friendly. The only thing that could have been better was if the staff was knowledgeable and helpful with info on the local area and across the border in Buffalo.

Was a nice, well kept property. Very friendly staff. Liked the always accessible drinks of coffee, juice. Bed was very comfortable!

Liked the clean hotel, nice lobby. two of the staff at the desk were good, the third who stated she was showing up late for her night shift, let out a huge loud belch at the front desk, very inappropriate, and rude. quite disgusting actually. over all the room was nice and clean. hotel was quiet.
