Très bon accueil. Un bar au top

Séjour à deux juste parfait. Accueil. A deux pas du centre de Fort-de-France.

Le personnel a la réception accueillant contrairement au gardien de nuit du bâtiment ! La décoration de la chambre était sympa cependant la chambre puait l'humidité c'était vraiment prenant. La propriété de la chambre était bien mais à cause de l'humidité je pense il y avait des petites parti de moisissures dans les plaintes et la faillance dans la salle de bain ! Ensuite je trouve que l'hôtel est assez mal fréquenté a 5h du matin j'ai été réveiller par des cries de femmes qui s'insultaient dans le couloir. Chambre très mal insonorisée !

Good attention, cleanning was good, but expensive for one, as you país as if you were a couple, because they do not offer a single bed room, just as i could manage. The location is good, but dangerous to go at night

I wouldn’t stay here again. The property is run down. Heads up, it’s a dexent walk to the cruise terminal.

We are waiting for our cruiseship to arrive...staying in this hotel...Very old hotel, no one to lift our suitcases from the 1st floor. Make sure you book a room in the building with elevator! There is breakfast until 10am and lunch from 3pm. So in the meantime there is nothing.! Guests are now ordering through Uber eat!. Very bad service. No parasols at the pool! Only 4 beds at pool available! The girls behind the reception desk are helpfull. This hotel really needs an update urgently. 185euro for one night is a grazy price for such an old place!

Unfortunately our check in process was pathetic. We arrived about an hour early and they said the rooms weren’t ready yet - there were already about 4 other groups waiting in reception to be checked in. The lovely lady at the counter explained they had a huge group depart today - ok, we asked to use the pool while we waited (no issue and thank you). Then we returned just prior to the actual check in time to find that nobody had been checked in yet. Waited a while until the man at the desk did our check in process, then said “I’ll just check if the room is ready”. He disappeared for about 20 minutes, came back and without explaining anything to us, moved on to check in the next couple. We sat in reception for over half an hour until he finally said ok here is your key, no apologies or explanations. When we went to the room there were at least 2 service women around so I don’t understand why they couldn’t have arranged to prepare the rooms for the 5 groups checking in urgently? Very disappointing, but mostly just the lack of communication - we would have happily laid by the pool for a bit longer.

The Hotel is very far front the center of the villa and we needed a taxi to go around. Taxi is not so symple to reach. disaster!!

This hotel was great for a quick girls trip , very good breakfast, friendly staff were very accomodating. Great location as it was in fort de france. Iphone users walk with your own power bank. Its near the road so you can hear cars on the high way. Other than that i would recommend.
