The only reason why I gave it a 3/5….
We booked online through ******* but it didn’t let us pay the pet deposit. So when checking in, my husband used our credit card to pay the pet fee. The front desk lady said we were good to go, and she’d charge the card. The next day, after loading some stuff into the car, we went back to grab our dogs (they were kenneled). The key didn’t work anymore. So I went to the front desk, and they had no payment for our dogs. So we had to pay… AGAIN. Ridiculous. What did the front attendant do with the card yesterday? Will be keeping an eye on that. But other than that, we loved the hotel.
The gym was also sad. Not a lot to do.
