有點噪音，影響睡覺

Staff were very responsive and respectful when I asked them for assistance bringing in my luggage and other belongings when I arrived and then when I checked out. Rates were reasonable, the facility immaculate located in historic Folsom on the river. I will return.

Traffic ,horrible in this town, signals are all out of control , this city is one city that needs help, it is not one of your good places to stay, All run by Liberals.

Best location - easy hike walk run bike trail right there. Great downtown close, ez transit with electric van, even in rain. Hotel is run-down, needs mass renovation. Room dark, bathroom very dark, no fan in bathroom. No cleaning service for 2 night stay.

Lake Natoma Inn is nicely located in the heart of old town Folsom, but it is easily one of the noisiest places I have ever stayed. I can appreciate the convenience of being walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars, but not being able to sleep overshadowed such convenience. The accommodations are dated and the room set up is strange, with no night stand on one side of the bed. We didn't eat in their restaurant, so I can't comment on that.

Love the hotel love the location love the view loved everything about it service was amazing very clean will definitely stay there and recommend it to Freinds and family thanks for the wonderful experience and hospitality

For the price , I would have wanted to see updated interior room And hallway carpet, doors, etc. Our shower head leaked , but other than that the room was nice. Also, all the money I paid and you would h e expected free breakfast.

The room was noisy. You could hear people in the other rooms and in the hallway. The lighting in the room was poor. Light switch for the bathroom was not inside the bathroom, nor was it just outside the door. It was in the little hallway. You could not turn on just the light for the bathroom. So if you went to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, anybody sleeping in the hotel room would have to deal with the light. The main door to the room fits so poorly at the top of the door, hit the frame and had to be pushed hard to close wall at the same time gap at the bottom of the door was so big I could push a finger through it you could actually see the carpet in the hallway from inside the room with the door closed. The location was nice, the hotel looked nice, the room ******.
