Nice hotel in the centre of Foggia. The room not too large but modern and clean. The shower is great. Very good breakfast with a selection of local food, "focaccia, taralli" and cured meat. Great choice of cakes. We hadn't the chance to try the spa. Overall good experience. Value for price

We arrived early and dropped off our luggage. When we returned, the bags were already in our room. Pleasant room. Good breakfast.

We only stayed one night for the purpose of catching a morning train. The front staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had nice decor, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable Wifi worked well in the room. The included breakfast was lovely, lots of choices and good coffee in an on site breakfast room. It was a good location for us as we were able to walk to the train station in about 10-15 mins. It was also close to the main commercial areas and restaurants.

Stayed one night due to proximity to the train station. The hotel is fine but our room was unbearably hot despite AC being on high and set to 50f (10c). It was at least 20 degrees cooler outside. We tried to open the windows but they were sealed shut (we discovered in the morning that two center windows open, the two outer windows do not, and of course we didn’t try all the windows). Bed is rock hard. Shower is excellent.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, spacious rooms, 3 mins walk from busy city centre with shops, bars and places to eat. Easy to find the hotel and there are public car parks nearby or street parking. Staff are friendly, breakfast good with lots of choices. The spa facilities are not included in the price.

Although the young girls were friendly communication was a chore. Also the staff was not empowered to make any decisions and had to communicate to management through WhatsApp because manager was not on site ever. We were not informed of hotel parking or any of the facilities at check in except for breakfast. We decided to cancel our second night because our son was not allowed to use the facilities-adults only We found this out after coming down to ask about it ourselves. However, even though we communicated this rather quickly after checking in we were told we would still be charged for the second night full rate. The beds were hard and the rooms were too warm even with airconditioning which was already set to its lowest point. Plus point is that the rooms were modern, well equipped and very clean. Breakfast was ok, server was good and friendly but the buffet was not refreshed regularly.
