포우사다 두스 소뉴스(Pousada dos Sonhos)

I've been coming to Jurere for 16 years and have always wanted to stay at the Posada Dos Sonhos. This was my first opportunity and, unfortunately, the Posada did not live up to price being charged. While the staff were outstanding, the simple things like electronic safes, plug adapters and appropriate toiletries are ignored. The Posada seems to have peaked about 10 years ago and is in a slow state of decay with many areas in need of a refresh There are many other choices in Jurere in this price range and I will look elsewhere for my next trip.

Overall, experience was ok. I say just ok because the apar**ent I booked, albeit comfortable, had 2 leaks in bathroom on top floor. Yes, it rained like crazy during our stay, & staff has no control over weather, but the problem is, the leaks were not new. There were dark water marks and black mildew on walls, which indicates those issues are not recent. WELL,I certainly got no discount on account of the leaks. Besides, there were leaks all over the stairs/ hallways as well, which were covered w/ bathroom towels. The other issue is, the pousada has a pet mascot, a dog, lovely creature. However, one could tell that there is a dog on premises even when the dog is out of sight because of the pungent smell of... wet dog- not good for allergies. Lastly, the juices on the breakfast table had water added to them "pra render mais", no doubt. Lastly, a shout-out to the staff: Gabriel and the chamber ladies are awesome; they go above and beyond! Not the worst vacation I've taken, but definitely don't feel like I got what I paid for- which was no chump change.

The staff and food were absolutely amazing. The buffet was next level; impressive!! There were a few issues with ants/bugs in the room, dirty pool, loud construction late at night (trying to fix elevator), broken faucet and elevator. The beach was hit and miss with the tide bringing in dirty polluted water and dead fish. There was an incident where police chased someone down the beach with ARs and hand guns and shots were fired.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I've stayed at over 400 Hilton hotels worldwide and this staff and their level of service is as good as it gets. Very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommended

As nossas considerações são as melhores possíveis, o local é incrível por completo, localização de frente à praia, a beleza do lugar, gentileza dos funcionários, as camas, cobertores, travesseiros, toalhas, os produtos que ficam a disposição no banheiro. É a 2ª vez que nos hospedamos nesse lugar e ambas, foram perfeitas.

A Pousada dos Sonhos faz jus ao nome! É um lugar muito acolhedor, com uma vista lindíssima e atendimento perfeito. O café da manhã é sensacional. Para resumir, frequento a Pousada dos Sonhos todos os anos há mais de duas décadas e sempre tenho vontade de voltar!

Frequento a Pousada há mais de 15 anos e, toda vez que retorno, sou surpreendido positivamente. A conservação dos quartos e dos ambientes comuns é exemplar. Os quartos são perfeitos e tem opções para todos os gostos e bolsos. A capacidade e atenção dos funcionários é um ponto de destaque. Você se sente sempre muito bem recebido. Sua localização facilita muito as coisas, com acesso fácil a restaurantes, mercados e à praia.
