피렌체 2성급 호텔

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋고 기차역에서 도보로 10 분도 채 걸리지 않으며 골목에 레스토랑이 있습니다. 피렌체의 중요한 명소는 도보로 이동할 수 있으며, 프런트 데스크에서지도를 제공하고 펜으로 명소를 동그라미로 표시합니다. 호텔에서 멀지 않은 중앙 시장이 있고, 1 층은 조미료를 팔고 2 층은 음식이 가득한 곳입니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 너무 간단하고, 딱딱한 빵 몇 개, 과일 몇 개, 그리고 뜨거운 음료를 줍는 웨이터는 약간 절제된 느낌이 들고 너무 많이 줍지 않습니다. 방은 아주 멋지고 욕실은 조금 작아서 샤워 할 때 몸을 돌릴 수없는 것 같습니다.

Would not recommend booking this hotel with Tripadvisor. When we arrived late in the evening tired from a day of travel, the hotel attendant told us that our reservation had been canceled by Tripadvisor and that they never had an open room for Tripadvisor to book in the first place. Not sure if it was a mistake by the hotel or Tripadvisor, but regardless, no notice was given to us about this cancelation. The hotel was full and we had to scramble to find a different hotel at 11pm. Thankfully the Hotel Fiorta attendant did speak to another hotel over the phone because the man I called did not speak English, which we definitely appreciated. But otherwise, it was a terrible experience and very stressful, and we will be avoiding Tripadvisor in the future.

방이 넓고 깨끗하고 복고풍이었으며 앤틱한 엘리베이터가 매우 흥미로웠습니다. 계속 눌러야 작동되는 엘리베이터를 처음 접했습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절하고 인내심이 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 그렇지만 심플하고 종류가 너무 풍부하지도 않고 우리에겐 충분했어요. , 역시 나가면 곳곳에 레스토랑과 커피숍이 있습니다. 위치가 훌륭하고 어디든 이동이 편리합니다. 바깥 거리는 조용하지만 방음이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 위층 방에서 아이들이 뛰놀고 있으면 여전히 선명하게 들립니다. 난방이 매우 강력해서 겨울에도 춥다고 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 목욕물이 매우 뜨겁고 물의 양도 많아 매우 만족스럽습니다. 체크아웃 시 프런트 데스크 직원이 택시 호출을 도와드릴 수도 있습니다. 매우 추천합니다!

AVOID THIS DUMP LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! After a horrible experience with this hovel that's supposed to be a hotel, I ran out like a banshee (and losing some hard-earned cash in the process) from this Bates Motel of Florence [Norman would have been a better host] to quality hotel accommodations. Owner was firm of non-negotiable refund - my loss, but lesson learnt. So, lesson taken from this HUGE MISTAKE: 1. NEVER book through known online third-party booking sites, especially booking dot com 2. NEVER book on the cheap 3. Book familiar chain hotels (eg Hilton, Marriot, etc.) or reputable ”boutique” hotels - even if they're a bit more expensive 4. Book DIRECTLY with the hotel 5. Select ”refundable” rates (even if it's a few quid/bucks more) 6. Remember always: You get what you pay for. I had to swallow a bitter pill with a loss of money, but there was no way in h*ll I would stay in this filthy, hot, no-window (ok a ceiling window - but if it rains?), reeking of cheap cleaning products, uncomfortable with a sleazy bs owner, no support from bs booking dot com, hostel-like dump posing as a ”hotel”. No communication at all between me via booking dot com nor hotel management. And don't believe what the cheap website states.

Sono tornata in questo hotel dopo tanti anni e ho ritrovato, pur nei positivi cambiamenti, la magica atmosfera che mi aveva conquistato. Non vi aspettate un hotel di lusso, in questo caso cercate altrove. All’hotel villani troverete calore, la sensazione di essere in famiglia e, soprattutto, la assoluta vicinanza a s. Maria del fiore che vi sembrerà di toccare con la mano. L’hotel occupa l’intero ultimo piano (con ascensore) di un palazzo d’epoca ed ha ha terrazza superiore dalla quale si domina tutta Firenze. Camere corredate di tutto il necessario e tutte con vista ( la mia sul Duomo incomparabile). Colazione soddisfacente, gestori e personale gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo.

Hotel a letteralmente due passi dalla bellissima cupola, dalla nostra camera era ben visibile ed era uno spettacolo. Abbiamo chiesto la colazione in camera da mangiare sul balconcino sotto la cupola al sole... ben che si stava..... Posizione super centrale per due giorni abbiamo girato il centro a piedi mangiando in giro Unica pecca la vasca e non la doccia. Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere Super soddisfatti

남편과 저는 신혼 여행에서 3박을 호텔 알레산드라에 묵었습니다. 우리에게 정말 눈에 띄는 것은 직원이었습니다. 가족 운영의 호텔이고 모든 세대의 가족이 호텔과 손님에 대해 관심을 가지고 있음을 알 수 있습니다. 우리는 호텔의 객실보다 훨씬 현대적인 메인 호텔의 길 건너편에 별관에 머물 렀습니다. 나는 호텔의 객실을 별관의 현대적인 느낌보다 선호했을 것이라고 생각합니다. 그러나 그것은 까다로운 세부 사항입니다. 전반적으로, 우리는 Hotel Alessandra에서의 숙박을 좋아했으며 피렌체를 방문하는 모든 사람들에게 적극 추천합니다.

이 호텔은 도심에서 도보로 약 20 분 거리에있는 주거 지역에 있습니다. 우리 방이 가지고있는 멋진 발코니에서도 매우 조용합니다. 호텔과 객실은 모두 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고, 너무 많은 문제가 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 우리가 영국에서 익숙한 것이 아니지만 (나는 믿습니다) 매우 전형적인 토스카나에는 빵과 케이크에 중점을 둡니다. 제가 아주 작은 퀴즈를 하나 먹었다면, 아침 식사 중에 조식 뷔페를 보충하는 책임이 있는 신사분이 때로는 조금 느리고, 새로운 항목을 넣었을 때 지나치게 관대하지 않을 것입니다. 그러나 이것은 매우 사소한 퀴즈이며 훌륭한 위치에 훌륭한 직원이있는 멋진 호텔입니다.

I am not a mouthy trip advisor womble that writes reviews on every service station toilet that I visit - in fact this first time I have been motivated to write a trip advisor review in 10+ years of lurking on the website - such was the truly unpleasant misfortune of this hotel stay. After checking in at the front desk we were presented with a treasure map on which X marked the spot - a room not in the hotel we had paid €200 for, but a random room off a courtyard 10 minutes walk away. When we entered the room the nautical theme from the treasure map continued as I stepped into what looked like the squalid living quarters of HMS Victory - the musty stench was a nice touch. Unlike the well appointed photo on ***********, which had a lovely bed spread, view of the Duomo and plenty of Italian charm - our room had a 1970s Scout hut style kitchen with appliances missing, two rather sad looking beds, and a stinky cave in which the toilet resided. Naturally, I immediately donned the Birkenstocks and indignantly marched back to the hotel reception to make a very polite and british complaint. I showed the girl on reception a photo of the room I had booked, and then a photo of the room I had been exiled to - to which she laughed and denied that the photos on *********** were of her hotel (!) a rather bold strategy I thought. After laughing in my face, she beckoned the hotel manager who slung over a set of keys for a new room in my direction. A decent result. On the way back to HMS Victory to collect my partner, the reception desk rang me 3 times telling me to pay for the additional room unless I returned the original keys immediately - the keys for the room I was trying desperately to escape from. The new room was better, still not quite what was advertised. There was no AC, the water ran out in the night, the walls were as thin as the bed-sheet-like towels ensuring that the noise from other rooms kept me awake to feel all of the mosquito bites. Fake photos on website, indifferent staff bordering on rude - please avoid.
