We were 3 adults and request 3 twin beds or a double and a twin and we got a double and a folding bed very uncountable and the 2nd night it gave up and my friend fell to the floor. When we arrived there was nobody for the check in only the cleaning lady whom didn't speak english and we had to wait for somebody to come and check us in. It was a terrible expirance and the price is bot worth it

Access by car was very confusing and parking was difficult. The address was difficult for the mapping program to find. By T2 tram, this location was very convenient, though and good for connecting to the airport that way. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, but do not remain on site for the evening, so that should be planned for when staying here.

Sebbene i primi contatti telefonici siano stati piacevoli al momento dell'arrivo, nonostante avessimo chiamato per avvisare, non abbiamo trovato nessuno. Dopo ulteriore chiamata hanno inviato tramite whatsapp i codici per entrare e scaricare così i bagagli e per sapere come regolarci per il parcheggio ci avevano assicurato che a breve sarebbe arrivato qualcuno ma dopo una non breve attesa non è arrivato nessuno. Non abbiamo mai avuto contatti faccia a faccia con i proprietari ma solo contatti tramite telefono e messaggi sia per eventuali ulteriori informazioni, sia per lo stesso pagamento che è stato fatto tramite internet senza la tassa di soggiorno, che dopo ulteriore richiesta ci è stato detto di lasciare in camera. Lo snak bar era senza latte e bibite e la cialda del caffé a pagamento, il frigorifero in camera era vuoto e dopo aver letto che la loro politica è plastic free (ma il set di cortesia in camera era tutto in plastica) abbiamo compreso la mancanza ma le bottiglie di vetro possono sostituire egregiamente le bottigliette di plastica. Delle 2 camere prenotate la prima grandissima (sicuramente viene utilizzata per 4 persone) è confortevole anche se la portafinestra non aveva una chiusura ermetica, la seconda invece piccola e con un letto posto in una strana posizione e pure rumorosa (una pompa di calore esterna che si azionava ogni 15/20 minuti e di notte non è certo piacevole). Consigli: il letto sarebbe meglio posizionarlo al contrario della posizione attuale (nella nicchia) e una rinfrescata alle pareti e alle porte non sarebbe male oltre ad uno specchio in bagno in una posizione più comoda (non siamo tutti alti un metro e settanta) e qualche appendi asciugamano sarebbe pure comodo. Sarebbe utile anche un poggia valigia visto che quello nell’armadio è inutilizzabile perché vi sono i cuscini doppi.

Soggiornato in questo B&B dal 6 al 9/3/2023 ..non è proprio nel centro storico ma se usate Google Maps ci si arriva con facilità..guardate i n.civici NERI no quelli rossi..ubicata all'incirca 10 minuti a piedi dalla staz.S.M. Novella..all'ingresso c'è una macchina per il caffè (0,50 cent.per due caffè) e a disposizione biscotti,marmellate,crackers e tanto altro..poi se si vuole ci sono bar già a 5 minuti a piedi.. Gestiscono questa attività Chiara e Domenico,due persone gentilissime e disponibili..vi daranno ogni info di cui avrete bisogno (come ristoranti,musei,visite ,ecc)io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene..B&B super consigliato!!!

I believed I was booking a hotel. For more than two months I communicated with the owners and ******* and there was NEVER any indication this was a B&B and NOT a hotel. I had to stop a stranger on the street to call the number on the outside wall to get someone to let me into this nondescript industrial building. Their so-called breakfast was a few cardboard baskets of packages of junk food found in vending machines. I had to sit sideways on the toilet because it was so cramped between the bidet. The walls were so thin between rooms I could hear people next door talking in low voices in bed. There was no phone on the property and the two owners were only there from 10 a.m.-12p.m for checkout and 2-4 p.m. for check-in. My double bed was just two twin beds pushed together. I hurt my back if I rolled into the middle of the "bed." I feel like I was tricked by the owners and ******* into booking this dump. BE HONEST AND TELL NON-ITALIAN SPEAKERS IN YOUR ADVERTISING THAT Soggiorno La Coccinella MEANS Living room La Coccinella and it's nothing more than a damned B&B. You put B&B on the small building nameplate why not include it in your online advertising? Or are you afraid no one will want to stay there if they know what you really are? Soggiorno La Coccinella helped ruin my trip to Florence. .

Positivo: Check in fatto velocemente con persona gentile. Negativo: colazione inesistente organizzata in un angolo di 1 metro x 1 metro. Assenza totale di tutto, no bustine thè, contenitore del succo di frutta vuoto, nel complesso meglio se non ci fosse stato nulla, per non creare false aspettative. In camera un bollitore, ma senza the' o caffè.

Sono stato due volte in questa struttura per turismo e devo dire che le aspettative su di essa erano state del tutto basse, rispetto a ciò che ha offerto! Veramente un servizio PERFETTO e Impeccabile. Siamo stati in due camere in due diversi periodi , e tutte e due erano bellissime con uno stile unico, pulite e curate come pochi. colazione in camera buona e ricca tra varie scelte di merende e confetture. bagno attrezzato e agibile. Il personale a conduzione familiare è davvero TOP e la disponibilità veramente encomiabile. Ormai è deciso che se dovessi tornare a Firenze, mi affiderò a loro! Grazie alla linea T2 che è a 20 metri dalla struttura , raggungere la stazione di S.M. Novella è uno schiocco di dita.

Lovely hosts who were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was within walking distance of the railway station and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend to others and return. Many thanks.
