디모라 팔란카(Dimora Palanca)

定了兩間房，每一件都好，佛羅倫薩出行靠走路，這裏位置去烏菲茲，百花教堂都方便。工作人員很熱情。

The hotel claims it’s a five star hotel, I didn’t see that. Basic amenities were not provided like a kettle or a tooth brush. What I really did not appreciate was the A/C. They kept turning it off every 2 hours. I woke up several times at night from the heat, to request they turn it on again. I do not recommend this hotel, the price does not match the service.

Das Hotel besticht mit seinem schönen , eleganten Stil! Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit geräumigem Bad. Die Betten bequem. Das Hotelpersonal von außerordentlicher Freundlichkeit. Tatsächlich sind die Zimmer sehr gut schallisoliert: Man hört die Strasse so gut wie gar nicht. Der Frühstücksraum ist angenehm hell - und die Auswahl an Speisen war hervorragend. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Trubel - aber die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schade, dass wir das neue Spa noch nicht nutzen konnten. Es eröffnete eine Woche später. Auf den Bildern sah es sehr schön aus.

Per la seconda volta abbiamo soggiornato alla dimora e non ci ha delusi. Posizione ottima a 10 minuti dal centro a piedi e 5 dalla stazione. Camere dotate di tutto e bellissime ampie e silenziose. La pulizia impeccabile e la colazione eccellente come il servizio

Superb boutique hotel. Clean, comfortable and very attentive staff. Klaudia was very knowledgeable about the area and always happy to help. We stayed four nights and couldn’t fault our stay. The room was large, the bed super comfortable and nothing was to much trouble with all the staff. A home away from home.

Ci sono stata un paio di notti con mio marito: apprezzatissimo l’upgrade della camera! L hotel è vicino al centro, a 10 minuti da Santa Maria novella, ottima posizione per visitare Firenze E’ arredato molto bene ,con buon gusto Sono belle sia le camere che gli spazi comuni; una chicca il bellissimo giardino molto riservato. L hotel ha anche alcuni parcheggi auto molto apprezzati in una città. Non hanno la colonnina per le ricariche La colazione è normale non da 5 stelle Come altri servizi: i complimentary del bagno non sono stati rimessi il secondo giorno; la camera prima della notte non viene rifatta; la tv non è Smart, quindi niente Netflix ( ormai e’ presente in tutti gli hotel di questa categoria ) Insomma lo consiglierei di sicuro ma nn bisogna aspettarsi i servizi del 5 stelle

Piccolo ma ben tenuto Buon servizio senza essere troppo ridondante da grand hotel. Non so dire sulla colazione perche l'ho sempre fatta fuori. La camera nella limonaia al primo piano molto carina soprattutto per coppie. Comodo il letto. Centrale senza esser scomodo. Ha un piccolo parcheggio privato all'interno della struttura. Conaigliato

A beautiful hotel that lacks an atmosphere. Lovely room but the linen needs a serious makeover; it was not a 5* linen!! The room needs a coffee machine as at £300 a night and being offered coffee in the morning, was not expecting a €30 bill for a simple drink!!! A rip off! And

We booked this hotel as a treat for a special wedding anniversary ( which was not even mentioned/ recognised by the team at all.) . Though a pre arrival email did add in a ‘ romantic dinner’ ( no explanation why ) that we didn’t request for 100 euros ! Em… no thank you ! I travel extensively and stay in many 4/ 5 star hotels . Sadly DP did not deliver ! The most alarming thing is that I emailed my feedback directly to the hotel on the day of our departure and still have not received a response. That says to me ‘ we really don’t care ‘ …. The good… stunning building / good room ( tho small bathroom ) and some nice customer service moments, housekeeping lady was fab and front of house staff were mainly helpful and pleasant The bad… breakfast on our first day , we were ignored for 3/4 minutes, had to ask for our table to be laid . There was just one waiter . Uncleared tables , no scrambled eggs . Had to ask for more . If you wanted ‘ additional ‘ breakfast items like poached eggs / omelette this was an extra charge . A bit ridiculous when the only offer of hot food was bacon and scrambled eggs which were hard / cold or none existent !,, !! This is suppose to be 5 star…. Well it was THE worst breakfast offering/ experience I have experienced . The were no tea/ coffee facilities in the room . There no atmosphere in “ the bar “ and definitely not somewhere I would want to have dinner … actually I didn’t see anyone in bar / restaurant apart from breakfast time. I wish you could have done much better DP …you definitely under delivered in terms of our customer experience and your lack of response says it all . We loved Florence and will definitely return to the city but will not be returning to Dimora Palanca or recommending it .
