호텔 팔라조 벤치(Hotel Palazzo Benci)

This is a sweet little hotel in a great location, perfect for easy access to the train and the tram to the airport, (only a 5 minutes walk). It is also central for sightseeing with a huge selection of restaurants within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and super helpful, Our room was clean and comfortable, overlooking the square which was fairly busy but not noisy. The room comes with a safe, a refrigerator and closet with hangers. Breakfast was OK but could us more variety, and fresh fruit. If I could improve anything it would be to include face cloths and a shelf to put soap or shampoo in the shower. The bed could have been a bit softer. All in all a very good experience.

This former palace turned hotel is conveniently located in Central Florence on a corner. It is a modern hotel with a touch of Italian charm and only a 5-7 minute walk from the train station. My room faced a lovely garden where one could sit and enjoy the quiet away from the busyness of downtown Florence. The bed was definitely the most comfortable I slept in and breakfast was continental style. All staff members were wonderful. However the two front desk employees I encountered Mauro and Alessandro made my birthday special by acknowledging it and offering me a glass of Prosecco to celebrate! How thoughtful!

I have stayed in this hotel repeatedly, especially because I love its location. It's easy to walk literally anywhere and you are surrounded by beautiful shops and restaurants. The hotel has been recently renovated- completely new floors, bathrooms, bed mattresses, etc. Air conditioning works perfectly and you can control it by yourself all the time. Looking forward to coming back again.

I have been very good... Employers are very kind and the room was clean and nice... The location is wonderful and there are a loto of nice clubs and reastaurants all around.. I will come back next time I'll be in Florence...

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was "ok". Localization is the best one! The room was hot and comfortable in the winter time, the bed was nice and hot water in the shower. I do recommend it!

Customer services was excellent. Very convenient to everything. The room was a bit hot and tempostoate was broken. Everything else was so nice. The only bad was the room temp was not able to adjust and the room we got was small. we could not fit in two big pieces of luggage. but Will come back again.

I reserved 2 rooms for 3 nights for my family in mid-June 2023. The hotel is clean and elegant. It has a spacious lobby and a courtyard. The rooms are nice. The breakfast buffet is good. The location is great, only a 5-minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. I would advise that you request a room not on the 1st floor and that faces the interior courtyard if possible. This is because the breakfast salon is on the 1st floor and they make some serious noise setting up for breakfast in the mornings. Also, you will hear street noise if you are in the exterior rooms.
