This hotel needs upgrades bed was comfortable and service was good the shower leaked but not to where I could stop it but in the walls all night

Best hotel for the money in years. Excellent service, spacious room with closet, quiet, very clean with nice bedding and linens, has recycling unlike most hotels. Best experience within the last 10 years. Excellent in every aspect.

I had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to check me in - it was very late, I was road tired, it was unacceptable. There should be more than one desk person for safety reason if not service reasons.

Liked nothing about the property. There was a awful smell in the rooms and property. In the room there was stained blood some of the towels why not just throw them away why clean them annd put them back in the room. Floor was dirty and the walls add dried dip spit on the wall in bathroom in plain sight but i guess just didnt want to clean up. Breakfast was a joke. Yogurt was spoiled. Orange juice was as well. Just a terrible hotel.

The hotel boasts 100% smoke free facility and our room was clearly smoked in. My son has problems with asthma, and I felt this to be entirely unsat. The sliding bathroom door wouldn't close completely and was unable to lock. It only had limited metal recesses to try and get a grip on the door...no handles what-so-ever. Additionally, the shower floor was cracking and peeling up...not to mention the complimentary long black hair discovered in the wash towel I just unfolded to take my shower! I reported the smoking issue, but the management hardly seemed to care. I never thought about taking pictures...thanks for the advice on all future stays I make elsewhere!

Property was run-down; peeling wallpaper, pool out of order, entry doorway handles malfunctioning. Avoid and stay at Hampton Inn across the road.

The bed was not comfortable. The sink did not drain well. The toilet did not flush well. The shower had hair (?) or something in it and looked overall dirty. The shower also had horrible water pressure (forget about washing hair with that pressure). I grabbed a towel to dry off and it looked like there were urine stains on it. The only decent thing about the room was the air conditioning worked well and the hotel had nice staff.

I was very happy with my room. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the closed pool. When I visit Florence again, I will stay at Sleep Inn Florence.

The condition of the room was very poor. It was clear that someone had been smoking in the room prior to us checking in and the room itself was definitely outdated. Not a deal breaker but for example the shower door hinge needed to be fixed and by fixing it, they put duck tape on it. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I didn’t have to. It’s fine if you just want to shower and sleep but if you plan on being in your room for a significant amount of time spend the extra money and go somewhere else.
