제공되는 서비스에 대한 사기. 전용 욕실이 딸린 트리플룸 예약 시 예약하세요. 도착 시 복도 끝에 욕실을 갖춘 트리플룸이 있습니다. 호텔은 이러한 불편함을 전혀 명시하지 않았으며 우리 예약에 맞는 숙박 시설을 제공하여 이 문제를 해결하고 싶지 않았습니다. 호텔이나 예약으로부터 보상을 받지 않습니다(45분의 전화 통화에도 불구하고). 이 의견은 우리의 유일한 논쟁 수단입니다. 목공을 통해 들어오고 벽을 타고 흐르는 비는 말할 것도 없습니다. 부정직함과 악의로 인해 절대 피해야 할 호텔입니다.

In my last 2 decades of traveling, this is probably the worst hotel I have visited. I got there at 7pm on a Thursday, no one was at the desk, and the gate was lock. No lobby. No place to leave your luggage. You are basically on the sidewalk. Apparently, I missed the email where they notified me that I needed to walk a block away to check in in a different hotel. After many flights of stairs in a different hotel and knocking in any doors I could find, I finally found someone who called a hotel staff to the location (took 2 hours). He came over and led me to a room with a row of beds that smelled terrible and was 90o degrees. We attempted to plug something in a wall and got buzzed. Lights went out. Candidly, it didn't feel safe. We lasted about 10 minutes in the room and decided to leave for another hotel.
