My only issue with this place is lack of any communication and access . We booked this property early on and received terrible instructions , the link to enter passports didn’t work , the phone number was NOT CORRECT , the messages to property were not answered ! We spent 3 days on ******* trying to get a hold of the property as they needed our passports for check in ! We almost cancelled as we couldn’t reach anyone . Then finally we got the right number but the phone connection was bad , then we had to connect on what’s up Finally when we arrived , one of the beds had no linens , which is not an issue as this was quickly resolved However there was the issue of getting to this property - WARNING - property on a huge narrow hill , our taxi van could not get there as construction blocked the way . We had to haul 4 suitcases up cobblestones and then down again , that was a nightmare as one of the wheels on our luggage was not up to task . Elderly people should not attempt this hill with luggage unless they want to end up in emergency room Also Property has a useless elevator that only goes one flight and narrow steep stairs … The view was amazing but lack of communication really was an issue . Also on last day the city turned off our water while one of us was mid shower If you are fit , and don’t care about stairs and other inconveniences then you will love this place

Wonderful short stay in Florence! Property was charming, well appointed and extremely clean. Communication was helpful. Nighttime view was spectacular.

Muy bien, una habitación limpia, cómoda, con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera, buena organización para tu llegada, lo único complicado es llegar por qué hay escaleras en la calle y está de subida y más si vienes con equipaje, recomiendo llegar en Taxi o Uber para no complicarse.

Perfectly located to all sights, restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and extremely clean. Wonderful, thoughtful amenities presented with a decorative flair. I will definitely be staying in this lovely hotel on any return trip to Florence. The only issue was the check-in. I was told that they did not have my reservation several times to finally only receiving a call back stating that they found my reservation. They kindly rectified their error by offering me a free laundry service. They were very effusive in their apology regarding their oversight. Despite this, the hotel is really lovely and a perfect place to stay for exploring Florence. My only recommendation would be is to verify your reservation 1 day before arrival.
