I made a reservation through a third party booking...big mistake...book directly through the hotel & save yourself the headache! I called several times and kept being told no one could help me, but then I came in & Fallon was working & she went above and beyond to help. She looked up numbers, submitted a ticket for me, & did everything she possibly could to try to get a hold of the third party booking agency. We still couldn't get anyone on the phone, but I'm hoping they will respond to the ticket. I just wanted to leave a review to let others know, if you have a problem, ask Fallon. If she can, she will help you. Every hotel needs people like her working for them. You can tell she likes her job & cares about people.
