Hotel Elev8 Flagstaff, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

호텔 전체가 반려동물 친화적인 줄은 몰랐습니다. 그랬다면 알레르기 때문에 묵지 않았을 겁니다. 온라인에 명확하게 공지되어 있지도 않았고, 도착했을 때 150달러의 호텔 보증금이 있다는 사실도 몰랐습니다. 도착하기 전에 이미 객실료를 지불했거든요. 호텔이 주유소, 바, 패스트푸드 드라이브스루 뒤에 있어서 위치가 좀 불편했습니다. 호텔이 일부 공사 중이었고 주차장 일부가 폐쇄되어 있어서 손님들이 주차 공간을 찾는 데 어려움을 겪었습니다. 객실 자체는 깨끗하고 새것이며 넓었습니다. 로비에 커피가 있었는데 조식이 포함되어 있지 않다는 사실도 몰랐습니다.

호텔 객실은 좋았습니다.

잠시 들르시는 길이라면 하룻밤 묵으셔도 괜찮습니다. 문제없을 거예요.

영어를 할 수 없는 일본인도 안심하고 숙박할 수 있다고 생각합니다. 같은 구내에 레스토랑과 주유소도 있으므로 편리합니다. 뭐 차로 조금 달리면 아무것도 있습니다만.

Near the freeway and diners nearby, along with bars and the gas station, so i liked our options! The front desk clerks were so nice and helpful. The backdoor from our pool was awesome! Rooms and beds were clean and comfy 💜

I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels in Flagstaff, most are a little aged and over priced. Elev8 was nothing of the sort. Very friendly and welcoming at check in. The room was immaculate. Sparse maybe, not a picture on the wall and lots of white, but very clean and tidy. Hot tub area was also clean and extra towels provided. Check out was easy and I was thanked by 3-4 people when I left. Overall a nice stay, great price, very clean room.

Limited parking , no complementary cookies as advertised, workout room machines didn't function properly and there was no cleaning supplies cleaning supplies. Sauna was dirty and both doors were open so it was not hot.

Noisy people upstairs running around room till late hours. Also room next door very loud TV till early morning hour. Very very loud! No consideration for others.

First and foremost, the entire staff at Elev8 is unbelievably nice and friendly. Everyone from the front desk, to the housekeeping staff is amazing. I never passed anyone who didn't say a friendly 'hello'. And not just an obligatory 'hello', but one that was genuine and friendly. The times I needed things (extra towels, toilet paper, etc.), they immediately stopped what they were doing to help. I wish I had written all of their names down so that I could mention them each personally, but this staff is great, and they just make the experience much better! The hotel itself is our go-to when we go to Flagstaff. The balcony/patio that some of the rooms have is a great place to sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee, or to just breathe the cool air. We haven't used the other amenities (sauna, pool, etc.), but we've peeked inside and they seem very comfortable and have everything you'd need. The little store they have is also very convenient. There isn't a ton of stuff there, but it is nice being able to go grab a bottle of water or soda, and maybe find a little snack to munch on! The rooms are always clean and cozy. The location is great, just outside the noise of town, but close enough to grocery stores and places to eat. The pet policy is cool, too, and love that there's a little doggy area for pets to walk around and and sniff and go potty. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Elev8. Like I said, it's our go-to hotel, and will continue to be for our future visits!
