Hotel Ancora Urban Center

No eco options to encourage recycling and wifi was really bad, had to sit in the reception all evening. Good location though.

We reserved a place at Hotel Ancora through *********** on June 13th. When I reserved, the price was euros 49. Instead, when I arrived, I found out that they charged me euros 65. I tried to explain the situation, they didn't listen, we argued and, in the end, they chased us away, my son and I. We apologized, ready to pay the 65 euros, but they didn't want us to stay. We couldn't remain at their hotel for the night. We expected they would cancel the booking and give the money back to us. Instead, coup the theatre, they kept the money by saying we didn't respect the reservation. Liers!!

Very nice hotel. Everything was good

Hotel room very noisy. Entered room for 5 minutes and could hear toilets flushing every minute. Went to reception to ask to move. They refused as I had been in the room and there were no cleaners on duty to disinfect it, so i was stuck with a super noisy room. They also refused straight away to move me for the next night, this I find totally unacceptable, there's no reason not to. Very bad customer service.

Very clean. Cosy blankets. The wifi only worked in the lobby. It was chilly and noisy. Good value for money. Restaurant was closed.

Cumple correctamente con lo que ofrece, y haciendo una valoración general es todo aceptable, como puntos de mejora sería bueno fij**** en pequeños detalles como enchufes sueltos de la pared, las fundas nórdicas por alguna parte rotas, y cuando te ofrecen el desayuno deberían preguntar por si hay alguna intolerancia o gusta lo que ofrecen y en su lugar puede hacerse algún cambio puntual, no a todo el mundo le gusta o puede tomar el café con leche, a lo mejor preguntando sabrían si se quiere una infusión o un cacao por ejemplo, el personal correcto y la limpieza justa pero bien.

Opcion correcta para finalizar el camino. No aceptan pago con tarjeta, me avisaron por email el dia de antes para llevar efectivo. El desayuno hay que avisarlo el dia de antes. Limpio y un poco desangelado.

Sitio acogedor, para ser de una estrella no está mal. La ubicación es perfecta, está cerca de todo. Cambiar las almohadas… y el buffet de desayuno bastante mejorable. Los empleados nos aconsejaron buenos lugares para visitar y comer.
