팰리스 인(Palace Inn Rome Fiano)

It is with a heavy heart that I must write this review for the terrible hotel I had the misfortune of staying in. I must say that my experience was not unique, as many others have expressed similar opinions over the last decade. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was abysmal. It constantly disconnected and had awful speeds. It was practically impossible to get any work done or even browse the internet without frustration. The breakfast was another disturbing aspect of my stay. The eggs had an indescribable taste that left me feeling uneasy. It was basic and unappetizing, to say the least. And don't even get me started on dinner. I had planned an amazing trip to Italy, only to be disappointed by the terrible food served at this hotel. It was cheap, uninspired, boring, tasteless garbage. Who wants to eat such terrible food when visiting Italy? To make matters worse, it took me three nights to finally find almost hot water in the shower. The two previous nights, it was like warm at best. It was a struggle just to take a decent shower. And if you are traveling with a group or family, be ready to only be able to flush the toilet once every ten minutes or so as it takes that long to “recharge.” This was a major inconvenience and made my stay even more unpleasant. In conclusion, I urge anyone reading this review to avoid this hotel at all costs. The terrible Wi-Fi, disturbing breakfast, terrible dinner, lack of hot water, and slow-flushing toilets are just a few of the many reasons why you should choose another place to stay. Do not make the same mistake I did (actually, I didn’t make this mistake…EF Tours made it). And this was considered “In Rome”…not even close. One day it took 2 hours and 15 minutes to drive to Rome.

The lobby was fine but the room #224 was filthy dirty, hand prints all over, holes in the walls, holes in the bathtub, mystery goo on the ceiling. Our group had 12 rooms and every one of them sounded worse than the previous one. 0/5 stars do not recommend.

Ok for a one night stopover.

The property was immaculate and the room had clean Italian lines with a great bsthroom. Only negative was the bed was a brick.

Hotel. Valido non impeccabile. Ma di certo ben al di sopra di alcune recensioni che ho letto. Mi sono trovato bene sia per le camere sia per la prima colazione; Unica pecca. Mi sono trovato durante una fase di lavori di ristrutturazione leggermente rumorosa sin dalle 9 del mattino. La posizione è veramente eccellente a 500 metri dal casello Roma Nord. Sicuramente da riprovare a. Lavori finiti.

Struttura valida ma migliorabile, ho alloggiato in una nuova camera letto molto comodo e stanza pulita, bagno nuovo ma a parer mio piccolo. i corridoi non sono nuovi invece il piano terra e la sala colazione rinnovata. personale gentile ma forse troppo giovane. Ampio parcheggio privato molto comodo .

Buona struttura con ampio parcheggio nelle adiacenze uscita Roma nord. Letti e cuscini comodi, stanza e bagno puliti. Personale gentile e cortese, colazione di buon livello con dolci fatti in casa.Unica pecca climatizzatore leggermente rumoroso.

Classico Hotel di livello oramai decaduto, personale alla reception gentile ma servizi assai carenti. Nel frigobar 2 bottigliette d'acqua (nient'altro!) che non ho utilizzato ma che mi avvevano erroneamente addebitato, ho chiesto 2 cuscini supplementari e me li hanno dati in mano da portare in camera senza nemmeno un cellophane per l'igiene; ristorante lentissimo (c'ero solo io ed um altro tavolo da 4 persone!) ed ho atteso almeno 25 minuti per del pollo rivelatosi di bassa qualità, colazione con buffet poco invitante e curato, nel bagno della camera nemmeno un porta sapone dove appoggiare la saponetta! Sinceramente sotto la media, quattri stelle no di sicuro. Dimenticavo, lavori in corso ad un piano con conseguente viavai di operai nell'unico ascensore. Parcheggio esterno con vista sui cassonetti della differenziata. Non sarà sicuramente una mia meta futura.
