The receptionists didn't speak any language except Turkish, so it was really hard to solve the problems I had. The first number wasn't ready, but they gave me the keys anyway. Then they changed it, but I had to go with the receptionist to the room to show her the problem, because she couldn't understand even a word I said. Then I hadn't any remote control from the conditioner and had to ask my Turkish friend to translate the problem for me. And I'm still no sure if sheets and towels were clean, or not :(
