My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

Very convenient location and overall the hotel staff is nice and rooms are acceptable

很漂亮的Riad，進門就讓人眼前一亮，店主是個漂亮小姐姐，人很nice很熱情，喜歡😘下午太曬了回來歇着，房間還沒打掃好小姐姐也優先安排，還會安排mint tea，很愜意❤️ 房間很大很乾凈，長條形，排水也完全沒有問題。早餐在樓頂，可以看到Fes老城的全景，很棒的view，早點去比較不曬哦～ Riad就在老城的外圍大路上巷子口，跟着map能看到牆上的標，很好找，完全不用擔心在Medina迷路，記得到門口按鈴～敲門可能聽不到哦～

整體還行 早餐地方風景不錯 套房的二樓有點點味道 洗手間沒有簾子 水很容易流出來 老闆娘很熱情 我們早上來不及吃早飯 她把早飯端進我們房間裏 還給了我們很多瓶水
