What a great place - the location, the rooms, the friendly service, the Hammam. I was with a group and we had a lovely time at the Riad, Marcos was so friendly and nice and made our time special. He sang, danced and would make us smile and enjoy our time.

We stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic attention and service provided by Marcos and his assistants. Our room was comfortable. You get the feel of how the building was in its hay day. Located not far from the market. Easy walk. The evening dinner and cultural entertainment was extraordinary.

Marcos the “Slim Shady” of Morocco made sure that everything ran smoothly . He made us laugh, was kind and considerate and took care of any request. The Riad is beautiful, each room is different as it was originally built as a home for 2 families. It has 45 rooms plenty for my tour as well as another group. The location was close to other things needed like ATM, pharmacy, shops , restaurants and bars.

Spent three nights at the Riad El Yacout in Fes, Morocco in October 2024. Loved the rooms and all the incredible furnishings located throughout the riad. It was a living museum. The food was very good and the staff even better. In particular, Marcos was a bundle of energy, spreading joy and helpfulness every minute of the day. Not sure if he ever slept but he was the best "hotel employee" ever! What a gentleman!

The service was absolutely fantastic. In particular,Marcos took care of EVERYTHING for us. He came out to the road (which is quite a distance) to help with our bags; he managed the serving of the dinner… which was outstanding ; he helped with a couple of minor maintenance issues. He made our stay a truly enjoyable experience! We also had the “Hassam” - the black salt scrub filled by a massage. Outstanding!

This riad was fabulous! We had a room on the top floor hitch required walking up 50 plus steps but there was a small elevator to use if needed. Our room was VERY spacious and had everything we needed including a safe and a refrigerator. The food from the restaurant was very good. We were traveling with a Collette group and the only thing we didn’t care for was our breakfast….too much bread! Adding some cheeses and more fruit would be a nice touch. The VERY BEST apart of our stay was the friendliness and welcoming attitude of the employees. Marco stands out as one of the most enthusiastic people we have ever encountered! He went out of his way to see that we had everything we needed or wanted. We also experienced the hamman here s well…very nice!

Arrived at this Riad and was extremely surprised with the place and the staff that greeted us with welcoming service and great accommodations. Dinner was phenomenal taste and room was comfortable. The staff was a huge feature that ensured our stay was wonderful; headed by Abdul and followed by Marcus. Come and stay …. Enjoy a Moroccan spirit of friendship.

The hotel was beautiful and rooms unique! Service and food were excellent! Marco took very good care of our group!! We did the Hammam. It was an experience everyone should try! It was an experience that was a little uncomfortable , but well worth it! You feel great afterwards!Would definitely recommend this hotel!
