자라그 파크 팰리스(Zalagh Parc Palace)

Pretty good hotel. The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. The hotel is nice. It was the food that made me drop a star. The food was terrible. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting. The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints. I recommend!

One of the most impressive hotel entrances I have ever seen. Unfortunately it all goes downhill from there. Air conditioning almost non existent in dining rooms. Changed rooms due to air con not working in assigned room. No safe, no pool towels provided, toilets do not flush properly, no bottled water in room. Any drinks bought have to be paid immediately - can’t put on room. Breakfast was very basic. Hotel is also a long way from town centre and one couple ordered a taxi which never came. We travelled in a group of 10 and we were all so happy to leave this place after 2nights!

We sat around and relaxed in the gardens near the pool. Big, comfy chairs in the lounges. Plenty of space. Rooms not fancy, but we had a good experience there. No safe in room for valuables. Location was further out of town than we expected. Tip – walk the Medina

Avoid at all costs. Shower and toilets doesn’t work. Staff are trying to be helpful but can’t do anything because no maintenance has been done. Hotel reception and Gardens look magnificent. But the rooms are terrible

The hotel looks nice ans perky and staff courteous and polite. But... We are a married couple. We received a room with separate un attachable beds. No kettle and no coffee/tea amenities in the room. Bath accessories minimal. Dinner and breakfast buffet rather basic but tasty. On second day we returned to the room to find a lack of towels. Upon request to supply towels, a worker came to confirm the lack of towels. Only then, and after 3 calls to reception in 1 hour, the towels appeared. It's a nice hotel, very impressive and appealing but 5 stars requires 5 star service.

This hotel certainly has the air of class, However, we we were deeply disappointed. The first room was two single beds, tiny with a broken bath and with a view to the rubbish bins. We requested a change and were told the hotel was full. When we went to complain they suddenly and magically found us another !!! The second had a double bed but we didn't sleep a wink because the air con was so noisy all night☹️ Again we requested change. The third room was large, looked lovely with a double bed and balcony, sadly it stunk of stale smoke🤦‍♀️. Three sets of our friends were bitten to pieces in their rooms by fleas 😳🤷‍♀️ The food was mediocre to put it lightly. I'll leave the rest to your imagination.

Dopo avere letto diversi giudizi negativi su questo hotel, ero un poco preoccupato di doverci trascorrere due notti. Ho trovato questo hotel adeguato allo stile marocchino. Molto grande nella sua struttura con una bella piscina purtroppo però poco curata (lettini vecchi, e tante mosche). Anche l'offerta di colazione e cena a buffet era adeguata. Bella l'accoglienza con la preparazione a vista e l'offerta del the all'arrivo. La stanza era dignitosa e abbastanza comoda.

Слушайте, ну это не то что 5ка, это даже не 3ка! Очень старый, неприветливый, грязный отель. Отвратительный интернет, завтрак просто никакой, найти тарелку квест, найти салфетку- прошлось менеджера просить, ничего не убирают, на столах горы еды и мусора.

Hotel al que le sobran al menos 3 estrellas. Instalaciones comunes muy grandes, dispone de bar, el Buffet, muy mal atendido: utilizando solo la mitad del comedor, nos obligaron a sentarnos en una mesa sin preparar apartada en un rincón, no nos ofrecieron nada de beber, el personal solamente estaba allí para recoger y march****. Hotel lleno de gente y super alejado del centro. Habitaciones muy sencillas y simples de poca categoría para ser un 5 estrellas.
