Our room was quite close to reception, so I was worried about lots of noise with people walking down the hall, but it was lovely and quiet. The staff were very friendly and our room was as expected. The parking spaces are a bit small at the front (I think there are more out the back, but didn't see them). We'd stay here again.

I stayed at this Premier inn in Ferndown. The hitel is generally a bit tatty and our room had a strong musty smell. As we were on the ground floor we were not able to leave our window open. Although the room was clean and the bed comfortable. The smell was not pleasant.

We had a nice room and clean. Friendly staff, that ia also quite important. Good location and not too busy. We had a room at the back that borders a park, quiet. But also when on the front the noise from traffic is not that much. Comfy beds, although the pillow is a bit too thin for my taste.

Friendly staff, easy check in and check out at the hotel, paid for early check in as was visiting for a wedding. It was as expected for a Premier Inn hotel.

Stayed for a night before flying from Bournemouth airport. Ate in the pub attached, great food great value. Had a lovely bath then early to bed, slept really well up at 5am when it was nice to see two alert members of staff on duty, straight to the airport, perfect.

We have stayed here for the last four years to visit family & I think this will be the last. The hotel definitely is in need of an update it looks very tired. Food in smugglers was really poor but we had waited so long for the meals I didn’t bother to say anything.this will be my last visit
