컴포트 인 율리 - 페르난디나 비치(Comfort Inn Yulee - Fernandina Beach)

I loved the location and the people there were very friendly I would definitely go back and stay again.

Nothing special, but clean and in good condition. Please note, if you drive an electric car, the Charge Point plugs at the Comfort Inn are listed as the adjacent Holiday Inn's plugs, in the App. Hopefully, you won't spend 15 minutes in the rain trying to get the App to connect.

Was mostly good other than getting awakened at 6am on Sunday morning by a fire alarm. It was caused by an employee who left a fry pan on the burner while he was setting up in the breakfast room. It was quite disturbing.

I emailed weeks in advance for ground floor as we have a. Fur baby…didn’t happen but young lad on desk tried his best but to know avail We also had a unidentified bug in our room that I presented at front desk .. clerk said he would come up and spray…nooooo thanks I have to sleep there!! But reassured me he would pass on to his manager..so I’m figuring we just had to live with it and hopefully no more to be found.. other than that things are ok

This hotel charged me over $1268 for one night stay. Got home and checked bank website and noted FIVE pages of charges totaling $1,268. Hotel manager would not return my calls. I notified my bank that had texted me a fraud alert of the charges and she recommended after "processing" bank charges are complete, to call back for bank to start investigation. Called ******* who called hotel and ******* communicated to me that I would only be charged one night stay plus a cancellation fee as I left earlier than scheduled 3 nite stay. Am still waiting for corrections to go thru my bank account; fraudulent unauthorized excessive charges are still "processing" DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The door to the room would not open or close without shoving it as hard as possible as door seemed larger than the frame. No WIFI connection and desk did not know how to connect my laptop. Called computer person phone number in room for assist but he could not connect me either. Save your hard earned money and frustration and stay at a REPUTABLE hotel.

Could not use my fire stick on WiFi, The Refrigerator was not cold at all. I booked for King Bed, got two full size beds.

We booked a handicap accessible room. In the pictures it shows a walk in shower. The room we got had a tub with handicap bars and a seat that folded down to the tub. It was very low very hard for my husband to stand up once seated. My husband has 1 leg. It was very difficult for him to shower. He couldn’t stand up there was no grip on the floor or the tub.

The pet friendly room was so,clean. Smelled clean the second you opened the door

The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was awesome.
